It really does doesn’t it! I’ll be honest whilst I was really happy for grace to get so many subs so fast, I was a bit gutted on a selfish level because the small TH-camr I found and loved just blew up and was worried she content would change, but grace is still grace 🎉so it’s a win win!

Subway employee here! We use a round slicer thing to slice our peppers, cucumbers and onions. Also, we cut our tomatoes with a weird slicer that has like 10 blades on one side and a pusher that pushes the tomato through the blades. Another couple fun facts: -The bread comes in large boxes of 80 sticks of 12" bread, and we proove it 60 minutes in a weird non stick mold that keeps the long, thin shape. Then we bake them for around 12 minutes. -There's a quantity for every meat, cheese and veggie. For example, there should have been 6 tomatoes and 6 cucumbers on your footlong, but also only 6 olives. If you have other questions I'll be happy to answer!
@@osaniss No! Also at my Subway we don't have corn either, neither do we have green olives or jalapenos - we only have black olives and banana peppers.

I'm from Canada. Anyways, the owners of each franchise can decide which food they want to carry when it is not mandatory. I work in subway, and I can tell you the reason we have a specific cut (hinge cut) for bread, is because it holds the ingredients in perfectly, so providing the portioning is being done correctly the sandwich should hold together perfectly :) we also have two different types of slicer, one for cucumbers, peppers and onions, and another for tomatoes :P that's how we get them so perfectly sliced :) great video, thoroughly enjoyed watching after coming home from work :) Oh and on another note, all subways are different franchised, so the closures of your local ones, could be because they are all the Same franchise and they've decided to shut doors? Idk but thought that would be useful info 😂

I used to be a ‘sandwich artist’ (haha anyone who’s worked at Subway will feel me!) and the way they got the veg so thinly sliced was using an industrial mandoline, never been able to get such thinly sliced cucumber since!

subway italian herbs and cheese bread with meatballs and the sliced triangles of cheese toasted is just chefs kiss; although i had to get the vegan meatballs one time because they were out of the normal and the vegan meatballs were delish and tasted exactly the same so highly recommend for anyone!

You can’t buy Mcdonalds pickles they come in with our delivery and are in a sealed plastic bag with pickle juice, that we drain most of the juice. Employee for 2 years at McDonald’s
Kayleigh Louise they use sour dill pickles sliced super thinly. I know Heinz Genuine dills come close but need sliced thinly with a mandolin, and Vlasic original (not the kosher ones). Also slice them at an angle for bigger slices.
