Hi Ancy, Is Panchayat will consider a Courtyard area ( 210 x 210 cm) and a Double-height living room area ( ground floor already considered for calculation) for their Built-up area calculation. if not, could you please provide if there are any references ( document with page no)? I have already checked with many Civil Engineers including those who are doing Panchyat-related services. But our Panchayat Overseer is saying that they will consider the courtyard and the same area of the living room because of the double height. Assume that if you don't have reference details, what is the best option to get the clarity for the above 2 items.
