Dude, they are so bad!! My first ones arm cushions worn out in less then six months, they squeaked, the back rest will literally just fall back even when locked and something sharp cut my elbow when getting up one day, they sent me a replacement and it was tilting to the right. Both eventually lost their weight resistance (I only weigh 140lb) and slowly lowered by a few inches, like when I first got them the height could allow my arm rests to sit a couple inches above my desk so I was able to adjust them to be perfectly level with my desk, and now the height is reduced making the maximum height rest like 3 inches below my desk. The quality of those chairs a complete garbage. Never buy from Shitspawn.

Not really, when you compare any Herman Miller, Steelcase, or Haworth to everything else on the market at this price range, there is basically nothing else. You pay for solid build quality and way better comfort and adjustments on armrests, recline, maybe a headrest and proper lumbar support too. Not even the ergonomic chinese chairs on Amazon which mimic those for half the price come anywhere close to it for comfort and build quality. It’s that simple. Their chairs are not engineered to be good, it’s merely copying features but the execution is bad because now they’d have to pay for R&D and they would not be cheap brands anymore but legit, which defeats the purpose of a Chinese product to be a cheap Chinese product with mass scale production and mass profits.
