- Discada is a popular northern Mexican dish. Discada was usually cooked on an agricultural plow disk harrow, thats where it gets its name. Discada is commonly made on weekends to share a beer and tacos with friends.

The guy in the background relieving himself must have been drinking all your beer. 😂
He was trying to 😂
SO NOBODY’S GUNNA TALK ABOUT THE GUY TAKING A PISS @ 2:46 ?!?!?!?!? 🤣😂😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Not gonna lie, I'm surprised this is the first comment about it 😂
everybody pees...NBD LOL
That is the real stuff that happens when you hang out in nature.
Haha! Drinking Beer and Expelling Bud Light! Haha! Perfect!
🤣🤣🤣
Other than cane asada I never considered other Mexican BBQ dishes. This recipe is in the pipe, thank you.
Yeah, I think grilling in Mexico is not too fancy, quite basic throw the meat in the grill kind of thing. But this is definitely one to try. There's a Mexican guy with a channel called "La Capital" who does mostly grilling and its quality.
Real person no BS. Wish I was there.
You and me both, just came to a cabin this weekend and was expecting to make this but it hasn't stopped snowing. Finnish spring at its best 😂
Looks wonderful. If I do any camping this summer I may try this! In the meantime, have a subscription!
Thanks! And you definitely should!
Cheers
Excellent video
Thanks!
Bad ass food!
Thanks!
2:45 ….. the fellow taking a leak😂
A lot of beer was drank that day, I cant blame him 😂
This was great my Wife just got me a discada for my birthday
Awesome! Just in time for summer
Thanks. Just built mine a couple months ago. I will have to make something like this soon. I have only cooked on mine twice so far and only with a gas burner. I might put legs on the next one I build.
Hey, nice that you liked it, just saw how you built yours, nice video!
This one is store bought and I thought it was quite clever that you can screw the legs to use it like this but you can also take them off in case you don't need them.
@@MexicanintheKitchen well now I know what I'm going to do.
@@MexicanintheKitchen where can I buy that discada?
Hey bro, the one I have is Muurikka brand but Im not sure if its sold in the US. I saw one in amazon, you can search with "Keleday 15 Inch Cast Iron Griddle Pan" which looks very similar
Mi amigo, esta bien
Gracias!
Drooling 🤤👍
You should try it, really easy and good
Gracias por ésta excelente receta, es un clásico del norte de México y es muy sencilla de preparar (y sobre todo deliciosa)
You must use a really good flour tortilla or you will face the fierce Chihuahua !
And then try to speak the classic "ocho ochenta chile chilaca" ARRE! 🌶🌮
Haha definitely!
En mi pueblo le agregan una lata de "salsa el pato" y le resalta el sabor muchísimo :)
La he visto pero no la he usado, habrá que probarla
tu si sabes salsa del pato es muy sabrosa para muchas recetas
Me encanta salsa el pato
😎👍👍
Dudes pissing in the background 🫵🏽
Eka! Subbed.
Thanks! Nice that you liked it!
Great video. What Discata is the
That?
Thanks!
This is a Finnish brand, Im using this one opamuurikka.fi/en/product/muurikka-pan-58cm-in-protective-bag/
Looks good but you need a bigger disco
Definitely! This was a bit there and there. Id rather have more space to move things farther away from the direct fire
Where do you buy the meat?
Depends on what Im buying I usually go to Kauppahalli cuz its nearby and fresh. For beef and lamb sometimes I go to a middle eastern store called Panda Market since the meat desk there has really good prices and they cut the meat themselves so its easy to order less popular things like tail and tongue.
2:44 Question, did the idiot taking a leak in the background wash his hands before he poured in the beer at 3:03? Given that you forgot to bring cooking oil, I wonder if you remember to bring soap as well? O well, seems like your discada was totally cowboy-style; enjoy!!!
At least we didnt forget the beer
Was that a guy peeing in the background?! 😂😂😂
Tbf he looks way closer on video than he really was 😂
😂😂😂
