I just stumbled on this video. I daily a 2013 SS, and I have never enjoyed driving anything so much. I got it at 55k and I have daily driven it for 2 years now and I am at 71k. Just got a new job so I am driving around 120 miles a day. These cars are meant to be driven, so I am enjoying every moment
I own a 2012 v6 Camaro and it's what made me a car enthusiast. Started my savings to eventually be able to decide if I want a 2SS, ZL1, or a Corvette. Nice to find a 2SS channel to follow :) I love the work you've done so far
This video actually helped a lot. I'm 6'3" 240lbs so it's good to know you fit in the car. I live in Jersey so my biggest worry (besides our horrible roads) is winters with snow. I work for a utility so in blizzards I have to make it to work. I'm hoping snow mode with a dedicated set of winter tires will do the trick.
I've been seeing nothing but good things with that setup the only downside is that it's too low once the snow gets crazy so the front bumper could get ripped off. I see this is 5 yrs ago so how was it? I have the same worry as you did tbh.
I daily drive a 2016 Camaro 2SS 6 speed and absolutely love every minute. Its a great ride first and foremost and its fast...gas mileage is actually descent if you aren't trying to be a showoff....lol. I feel safe in the Camaro as well....very well built imo. Little edit i watch this channel quite frequently and your content is always top notch.
Finally someone who's got the same mindset as me haha. I live in north hollywood and understand completely what you say about the traffic it can get crazy heck after I graduate I plan to study at a school in long beach and I'll have to take my daily commutes through downtown LA. I never understand the closed mindedness of people who are diehards for manuals no matter what you say they will always say something back as if youre a crazy noncar enthusiast as you say you have experienced. For example you could say I drive too much in too much traffic I rather have auto and people can say you'll get used to it get manual. I don't think any amount of experience will make me say that I'll want manual for daily commutes like that haha. Great vid by the way!
I picked up my car on Thursday in NJ. I live in NY. I left on Saturday for my road trip from Rockaway Beach NY to St Augustine Fl. Made stops in VA, and GA on the way. The seats are very comfy. i drive stick but ya i dont get people gettin made fun of for getting the auto. who cares its there preference. besides the 8 speed auto has a quicker 0-60 i believe.
LOVE my 2016 Camaro. I am biased, though, as I build them! I live and work in Michigan (awesome roads up here) and I have the base model with the V6 and six-speed manual. My commute is about 30 minutes with a combination of back roads and highway driving. No complaints other than there really is no place to put a cell phone other than the cup holders.
Eric, sorry for the comment on a 3 yr old post. Do you drive it in the Winter or do you garage it? I also work for GM and live in Michigan. Been driving nothing but 4wd suvs for a long time and was thinking of switching to a Camaro w snow tires during the cold season. Not really up for the added burden of keeping a spare car around. Thank you.

I don’t drive very far daily. My work is about 10 mins away from my house and my school is about 25 mins away (without traffic), so I feel like getting a 5th gen ss wouldn’t be too bad for gas with my current daily driving situation, but then again I’m planning to get a 2013 ss at the beginning of next year and I might have a different job by then.
I'm 6'3" 220# and drive a gen 6. Owned it 3 weeks and put on 1,600 miles. I live in bay area and drive through silicon valley traffic a lot. no problems. Car is comfy.
My 2016 2SS has the A8 and it's not a daily driver. My Jeep Wrangler is a straight and it's tough in Atlanta traffic. Is there a way to turn off the magnetic drive to see what one without feels like?
What's up, man? I have a manual 2016 2 ss with dual exhaust and navigation. I'm 5'7 so it's a bit easier for me to drive comfortably. I drive 40 miles each way to work, and I usually schedule myself to close in order to beat traffic. It took me about a month to get used to the small interior and visibility. But man, now that I'm used to it and I drive another car, I appreciate the Camaro for the design. Manual can get annoying in traffic, but for me it's worth the sacrifice since I've only owned manual cars and can't live without the third pedal.
I'm with you on having an Automatic for my daily driver. I used to have a manual WRX in 2006 and I hated it when I was stuck in 5:00 traffic everyday. Awesome on the weekends, but sucked in all the traffic. I now have a 2015 Camaro SS Automatic and love it.
4ME2DRV do you still have it? How has it been over time? And I heard 5th gens are waaaay more comfortable than 6th gen. They say the 6th gen is to much of a sports car.
Went from a 2014 2LT to a 2016 2SS and absolutely love it! Kind of wished I would have waited for the 2017 50th. but their isn't much difference between the two. I got the red hot with white rally stripes, black/white interior, and silver wheels. I daily commute 70 miles round trip. However, my wife and I work together and we switch cars depending on who wants to drive in the morning. The days we take the Camaro, we both love it! Our other car is 2014 Charger R/T Maxx with clothe interior, but the Camaro's leather is just amazing. I drive a lot of back roads on the way home to stay out of traffic so I keep it in sport mode. The drive is always fun. So far, I have had my 2SS since mid April and have 4500 miles on it.
Rick B. I live in Alberta Canada. This is my first winter I have been driving my 2016 2SS. With winter tires on it and the snow and ice mode, I can't believe how great it is on snow covered icy roads. The snow and ice mode works unbelievable. I use to drive a Grand Prix with just all seasons on it in the winter and I find the handling in slick conditions way better with my camaro. Got to have winter tread though.
Completely respect the auto. Automatic versions of newer cars these days regardless of what anyone says are faster than manuals. I love these new camaros. Chevy did a great job with them. The only thing I don't like (test drove one) was the visibility out of the back windshield.
I also live in the Temecula area and commute to LA multiple days a week. Debating whether to get the v6 Camaro or the SS. The only thing that is making me even consider the v6 is getting better gas mileage. What are your thoughts? What mpg do you get on your SS when you make that long commute to LA?
What's crazy is you're driving 4 hours a day to commute to work. Got the new 1le live in LA, manual is no problem at all. Sounds like the volt would have suited your drive better.
LethalGarage I'm just pullin your chain about the volt. Do you have any knowledge on the performance data recorder? When I transfer the videos to my Mac I can't get any audio. ? Any tips?
hey lethal im thinking about buying a 1ss as a daily driver, im just worried about visibility/city driving/parking. Do you think its relatively practical?
I think it is, but my opinion is drastically different from others. My suggestion. Find a Camaro rental for a day cost is pretty cheap and see how you like it.
i'm from central california and drove down to Santa Ana to buy the camaro i wanted. i took your advice on going shopping first instead of dealing with local dealers here that do not give discounts and are hecka stuck up to deal with. got mine few days ago and could not stop watching your videos ever since. i just cant take your advice to go easy on the break in period. this car is fast and just wants to go, sorry.......
I just bought a 2016 2SS, automatic with magnetic ride, yesterday. I'm starting to commute to law school a few days a week in the fall(about an hour each way). My previous car was a 2012 Chrysler 300 SRT8 and it was a wonderful commuter, but I missed my 2010 Challenger SRT8 and the Camaro is clearly the best new coupe on the market(although the Hellcat is a dream of mine). I'm looking forward to seeing how this compares as a commuter. Your videos were incredibly helpful to me while researching the car and they helped convince me that I picked the right one, and for that I thank you. Any advice for a first time Camaro owner?
I drive my own car for a living delivering recording documents for sold houses and urgent care samples to hospitals so it's anywhere from 150 to 300 miles a day I'm about to buy a Camaro and I'm 95% sure I want a manual because I have never owned one before and I figured it would be fun on the job. out of the 8 hours I work I will for sure hit 20 minutes to 1 hour of bumper to bumper traffic everyday I'm wondering if that itself will piss me off enough to regret my decision or if I should go with my gut and get the manual?
I still smile at these videos... because Camaros use a Ford engine (the LS motor was sold to GM by Ford's engine development team) and the automatic transmission was developed by a combined effort between Ford and GM. The 10 speed autos starting in 2017 are homogenous between the two manufacturers. Enjoy your Fords :)
+Guy Gordon All rumors and no truth to this statement. GM designed and built the LS Motor. Ford had no involvement in selling any aspect of it to GM. Do some research before spouting things like this. The 10 speed auto on the other hand is being co-developed with Ford.
i use to commute in LA on a little manual truck everyday in traffic. I get ur frustration, its something i did get use to over time. Im thinking about getting a challenger scatpack w/ a manual by the beginning of next year regardless.
Hello guys, has anybody made the switch from a German to American muscle? I currently own a BMW 335i and I love it but, man this new camaro looks sweet! I have my eye out on the ss 1LE package.. what do you guys think?!
So just a comment on the 8 speed auto. If there is anyone hesitant towards getting the 8 speed I would implore you to test drive a car with it before you pass judgement. I actually rented a 2015 C7 Stingray back in December last year and it had the 8 speed auto. To me at least, when compared to prior slush-boxes whose response were dreadfully sluggish, this 8 speed (at least in the Stingray) shifted LIGHTNING quick and I never once felt like I was missing out by having the automatic and would not hesitate in getting the same transmission in the 2016 Camaro. I cringe every time you talk about your commute. I work 3rd shift and my ride to work is barely more than 5 minutes. Is there anyway you can talk them into working from home for good? Even a few times a week that kind of a commute must be a BIOTCH! :(
My commutes 13 minutes lol. I have a 14' 1lt RS, automatic. First car I've ever owned without leather seats, still very comfortable. Wishing my commute was longer!
So i bought camaro rs 2017 because i used to drive corvette c6 and the weather is really hot here in kuwait and the camaro is great even the size of it for me as a girl .. but every time I see an ss my heart breaks to little tiny pieces ...
Question which I might have missed since I just started watching your vids and subscribed (love the vids by the way the real life experience with living with the car not just a half a day review of driving the car dope stuff) but back to my question by any chance did you get the Camaro in white due to star wars and how the white on black resembles stormtroopers? lol anyways great work dude, I'm super excited to take the journey on a 2017 SS 1LE. So your vids kind of keep in the loop meanwhile I sit and wait for the release. I always loved the Camaro all gens. I missed out on the 5th gen since at that time I already had bought my S2000 back in 2010 and when I was ready to buy another car 2014/15 I wasn't digging them till this day I still don't, So the 16 was an answer to my prayers especially if the 1LE does come out looking like the actual press release vids/pictures.
Dude can you help me out? I'm 18 going to college and working a part time job,I'm thinking about purchasing a 2010 Camaro ss.What do u think about the first time buyer program bad idea or what?
I just purchased a g5 (got a good deal on a leftover 2015). However, I got a 1le. I have a 04 Gto which has been my fun ride/DD for the last 10 years. I also have over 225k miles on the gto and it still runs great. I got the camaro because I love the LS platforms. The camaro will be used for all kinds of driving. From commutes to work to cross country charity rallies. The one thing I can say is the gto will ALWAYS have some of the best seats in ANY vehicle. If they would have put heated/cooled, then that would be the only downside. You wanted to know some driving habits, that is mine. I have a lot of miles to put on the camaro. So i will have better opinions after my next rally.
Lol its a snug fit is an understatement... i test drove one and I'm pushing 5'4 in height. And this thing was too small for me lol. It's basically and ATS with a big v8 imo. Not sure if it is a muscle car anymore but then again muscle cars seem to be evolving.
Manuals are ok for a daily driver, provided you have no rush hour traffic. Manual drivers tend to wear out their clutches quicker in stop and go traffic because they lay on the clutch in stop and go traffic. Driver fatigue sets in quicker in the morning because you are constantly moving your leg and shifting. I love Manuals, My 4th Gen Camaro is a Manual, My Chevy Volt is my daily driver, my next Camaro (Call me a wuss. I wait till second year of new model change.) My Wife has two Vettes, a C6 Auto for her daily commute and a new C7 coming with manual as her weekend driver. PA has some of the worse roads for manuals, but some of the best paved roads for scenic drives...We have a road that is literally 75 miles of twist, curves and 10 mile straight paved road with 4 stop signs.
1: I've been wondering about the ride quality when lowering it too. Be the test mule for us 2: Second car? What is it? 3: I forgot. I typed a whole paragraph for #1 then deleted it and lost my train of thought.
+benjamin guillory 1.) It will happen :) 2.) I have a special video that will highlight my gremlin... 3.) Sounds like me when I get a good idea for another video.
I am from southern Cali but live in Virginia now. When I lived in Cali and was going to school, I would commute all over the LA area and Pasadena from Riverside for clinicals in my 2007 bmw 550i 6 spd. it was a fucking nightmare, this coming from an enthusiast who loves manuals. I do not blame you whatsoever lol. Traffic is an absolute bitch. I'm picking up my 2016 SS tomorrow in manual because out here I can actually enjoy it. thanks for the detailed video bro
Mines a commuter car I even have a bed in back. Fold down seat Add mattress pad. Field n steam negative 20 mummy bag. Boom. Yes I commute 3 hrs a day. 90 mins each way to work.
I got a 2016 rs 8 speed auto the commute from home to work is a joy 30 miles to work 30 to home i was suppose to get an ss but the monthly payment is nit realistically practical I am hoping late 2017 i am able to trade my rs to get an SS
I use to could never see getting a zl1 in auto, but man that 10spd is definitely interesting enough to make me do it especially since their saying it shifts faster than the Porsche PDK, crazy. And I'm with you on the lumbar support. I'm 5'5 155lbs and I have had no problems sitting and driving my friends 6th gen SS on road trips.
it will definately not shift faster when using paddles because its still a torque converter tranny. But leaving in D the upshifts can be such fast; dowshifts a doubt a bit but we will see.
Handsome B Wonderful no, that´s not true. search some videos on youtube or tests. Nothing can match the PDK today but its to expensive when something gets broken or worn out !
I love having a manual again, but my commute is 20 minutes , highway, zero traffic.... BUT, 10 years ago I worked Boston construction, with a stick it was living hell and I wanted to scream, bumper to bumper manual blows......
Buy the new $46k Sledgehammer "Do I need a haircut yet?" measuring device. I'm older than you, have had about 10 sports/sporty cars, all manual except the E46 M3 SMGII. Tested the auto twice and I found it satisfying in manual mode. It will be my only car and I just don't do the track days I used to. I like the ability to have full auto or it be "good" with the paddles. I do understand when people who've had PDK or another good DCT say it's not as good. It's just not the case from my perspective though.
Chevrolet's and Dodge's 8 speed automatics are awesome. And I only drive a stick. I wouldn't hesitate to drive any of their sports cars with their automatic transmissions.
I love your car you put great content on the channel I also have a Camaro with a V8 but mine is a manual transmission... I wish you had a manual as well but it's your choice... I'm not going to judge you you might not even know how to drive a car with a manual transmission
Is your commute so long because you work in LA and it's just to damn expensive to live closer to LA? When you get anywhere near LA isn't the traffic just insane!!? If the traffic wasn't so awful how much shorter do you think your commute would be? A couple weeks ago a made a rude comment about automatic transmissions and that only REAL car enthusiasts drive manuals. Well, you really do have a special situation where a manual with your commute might be a bitch much in traffic. OMG as I write this you just commented exactly about what I'm talking about!!! Holy Shyt. This is a great video. I have a 30 year old Mustang GT and yes I'm the original owner and a Focus ST both manual: 5 & 6 speed transmissions. I totally give you a "pass" on the Auto due to your commute. I'm amazed you fit so well in the Camaro. 6'5" 280 damn, did you ever play football in High School? I enjoy your videos and we don't own any GM products. Wife drives a Volvo Turbo AWD Cross Country. Keep up the good work!
+Philip Rosenthale yeah... Can't afford 2 cars and a place in LA that is big enough for my family. I live 100 miles out as the cost of living is affordable and I live in a pretty decent house.
Lethalhammer If the rest of your house is anything even close to as nice as your garage is then I bet your crib is just splendid. The latest generation Camaro really does seem like a huge improvement over the last generation. I have never driven either but it just looks so much higher quality and tighter in every way. Have you noticed there is no such thing as a stripper Mustang or Camaro anymore? Even base rental car engines are putting out north of 300HP. We are living in the golden age of the automobile! Enjoy it now while you still have the freedom to drive your own car. When autonomous cars take over and the government tells you it's for "safety" reasons. That will be the death of the automobile. We are losing more and more of our freedom every single day. EZ-pass is yet another example. Oh don't even get me started. Keep the rubber side down Lethal.
Altezza Ace Sure, that counts. Your smartphone tells the world where you are 24/7. Cameras are everywhere, and I mean everywhere. You can't even leave or enter my house without being recorded by many HD color night vision cameras. But that I must admit is by my own doing.
Philip Rosenthale yea but you can disable locations or remove the battery. On GM vehicles onstar is hardwired into every aspect of the vehicle. Your always tracked and if law enforcement wants you for what ever reason all they have to do is call on star and have your vehicle disabled. Big difference and a game breaker imo
I live in Chatsworth and work in downtown, and if I had to drive my 6-speed Camaro back and forth everyday, I'd shoot myself too. Luckily, I only drive to the train station, which is a few miles from my house. But I have no problem with anyone's transmission setup, commute reasons or not. To each their own!
I drive about 45 minutes one way to work everyday . i had a auto then bought a six speed manual. i actually like the manual better even on long trips or just driving to and from work. i guess its juat feeling more connected to the car
Cool insight on awesome camaro SS 2016 A8....I drive a manual z51 c6 but I'm digging that A8 and upcoming A10. I put 99k miles on my 2008 c6 m6 and sometimes I love the manual but in bumper to bumper Manhattan traffic....I want to kill myself...lol I found your review cool....if you could show a little outside of the car during the review that would be cool too....just splice in a walk around so we could take in the coolness while your talking about the car....maybe a few shots out the windshield while your driving as well.... Great show...digging the series especially on how commutable the car is...peace out
My '01 Trans Am was (literally) a PITA to drive for more than 30 mins. I had some suspension mods, urethane bushings and tranny mount. It was awesome to listen to (B&B exhaust) but not so awesome to drive while sitting in traffic.
I'm legit about to get rid of the camaro ss I just bought, the seats KILL my back, my lower back tells me to go fuck my self every time I sit in the car more than 30 minutes. It was fine when I test drove it but on the ride home from the dealership which was over 2 hours away. My back was murdering me. I may trade in this car for the golf r:/
It's not that you're not an enthusiast you're just not a true car enthusiast why would you get an automatic V8 Camaro that doesn't make any sense to a true car enthusiast
Just got mine today. White exterior, black interior, and 6spd manual. Gosh what a car.
Congrats mate! Welcome to the Camaro family :)

200+ miles a day?!!!! Fukk that!

Do you think it's bad for the car when you switch car modes while driving? Or at the very least when you are not in park?
+t berk no, the cars are designed to allow that.
Being that I’m 5’8 130lbs I love that interior space is the only thing most people seem to find “wrong” with the camaro
Random door observation question. Is that a light, speaker, vent on the door around your tricep?
+TNBposse i wondered this too
+pleb +TNBposse it is actually where the leather arm rest meets the hard touch platic.

My next Camaro will be an Auto. I've been driving manual's in my Camaro's since 1995. The A8 Auto is incredible!!
manual all day bro it keeps you on your toes
Honestly at 6'4 210lbs. my stock 13 GT Mustang was more comfortable than my now stock 16' SS.
But I slammed my Stang and absolutely ruined the ride
I wanna get a 2017 ss, but i deliver chinese on the weekend and it would be a lot of turning the car on and off over an over again, you think it would be too much?
@@Atomicdonut12 would be fine. Might run into the hot start issue which can be resolved with a ground harness we sell via LethalGarage.com
What Mode do you commute in most of the time? Also, how does the cylinder deactivation feel on the highway, if you have that enabled?
+lLastShadowl I am in Sport or Track mode 98% of the time. I never notice when v4 mode is on.
+Lethalhammer Is there an indication that V4 mode is on anywhere in the vehicle other than the mpg?
+lLastShadowl no. Just the one screen that I have seen.
+Lethalhammer hey man nice car, im from saudi arabia and im planning to get one soon, i might buy it from the states and send it here cause it would be cheaper, i would love it if you could change the speedometer to KM/H instead of MPH so i could see if i can get one from the states cause the 5th gen used to change the speedometer and when u put it in KH it reads the maximum speed at 160 km/h which is 100 miles and thats weird, thanks and enjoy that lovely car u have

+matrox they recline, just not as far back as the 5th gen did.
How does it do in the snow?
Do all 6gen 2ss come with mag ride
No, it’s an option you need to add
7:23 lol i bet your car is a neck breaker everywhere it goes! lmao
Good eye
How does the fuel economy compare to a gen 5? I want to buy a gen 6. I drove one as a rental car in LA. But fuel is very high taxed in Sweden.
The economy is higher in the 6th Gen thanks to Direct Injection
@@Lethalgarage How many miles per gallon do you get?
What’s the best year Camaro to buy in your opinion. In terms of reliability
Probably 2018+
What's your mpg cause the A8 is rated at 17/28. My 2013 2ss gets 14/25 if I'm lucky
How often do you gas up in a week? Cause ive heard alot of people complain about it and its mpg
+Lorenzo Galarosa before I built my car I was filling up twice a week. But that was driving 800ish miles
Hey man, I too am a big guy about the same size as you. Have you ever tried to sit in the ZL1 with those Ricardo seats? Any difference fitment?
+hebee81 it's a bit tight around the bolsters, but comfym
Am I better off with a 2016 or 2017 2 SS? Thanks
only good in warm climates
try having this as a daily driver in the snowy northeast winters
they need awd option
I just ordered a Yellow 2017 camaro 2ss convertible with 8 speed auto. I love manuals but like you said can't handle it for a daily driver.
+mrc_McHotdog I get 28-29mpg on my commutes.
What's crazy is you're driving 4 hours a day to commute to work. Got the new 1le live in LA, manual is no problem at all. Sounds like the volt would have suited your drive better.
Why settle for a crappy car? If I am going to drive, I will drive in a car I want to be driving in.
LethalGarage I'm just pullin your chain about the volt. Do you have any knowledge on the performance data recorder? When I transfer the videos to my Mac I can't get any audio. ? Any tips?
hmmm.. I am not a Mac guy, so honestly I just don;t know.
hey lethal im thinking about buying a 1ss as a daily driver, im just worried about visibility/city driving/parking.
I drive a Prius and I’m about to get a 2016 2ss
I drive my own car for a living delivering recording documents for sold houses and urgent care samples to hospitals so it's anywhere from 150 to 300 miles a day I'm about to buy a Camaro and I'm 95% sure I want a manual because I have never owned one before and I figured it would be fun on the job. out of the 8 hours I work I will for sure hit 20 minutes to 1 hour of bumper to bumper traffic everyday I'm wondering if that itself will piss me off enough to regret my decision or if I should go with my gut and get the manual?
aren't you worried about rubbing or scraping if you lower it.?
+METALFACEDOOMXXXX no, now with 30's
Is the road noise as bad as they say on the highway?
+Isaac arvizu I hear some noise, but it isn't bad by any means.
Lethalhammer Oh, really? When I get home I'll send you plenty of info on this. However, explain to us then why the LS heads bolt on to a 351 Windsor.
+Guy Gordon they do not line up perfectly. Go look at the public research papers from GM. The LS Motor was designed and built in house.
i use to commute in LA on a little manual truck everyday in traffic. I get ur frustration, its something i did get use to over time. Im thinking about getting a challenger scatpack w/ a manual by the beginning of next year regardless.
Just wondering what is your average mpg on your 200 mile commute.
Highway I get 20mpg with how my car is now, at the time of this video I was getting 29-30
Hello guys, has anybody made the switch from a German to American muscle? I currently own a BMW 335i and I love it but, man this new camaro looks sweet! I have my eye out on the ss 1LE package.. what do you guys think?!
My cousin drives a E92 M3 and loves both cars.
LethalGarage good to hear👍🏽
How would a 2016 2ss be in About 6 inches of snow
+Hathem Hannawa probably bad.
I think it depends on what 8 speed auto. Sure maybe GM doesn't make a clean one but you should try on it a charger or challenger. They're great.
+J Mza Not Star Wars themed on purpose. But I love that franxhise. Might just own the look in the long run.
+Lethalhammer what are your wheels?
Dude can you help me out? I'm 18 going to college and working a part time job,I'm thinking about purchasing a 2010 Camaro ss.What do u think about the first time buyer program bad idea or what?
+Rashaan yts Parker could be a good idea. A 2010 should be a fairly cheap pickup.
What will usually be the payments
+Rashaan yts Parker depends on which car you get and the options. Ranges from $299 - $650
Thanks for the help man I really appreciate it
I just purchased a g5 (got a good deal on a leftover 2015).
+1234zcrom be 6'5" I fit like a glove.
I wait till second year of new model change.)
My Wife has two Vettes, a C6 Auto for her daily commute and a new C7 coming with manual as her weekend driver. PA has some of the worse roads for manuals, but some of the best paved roads for scenic drives...We have a road that is literally 75 miles of twist, curves and 10 mile straight paved road with 4 stop signs.
I always shift to N at stops
thats how u crash
usually when you lower a car it affects the ride but helps handling
+Hughie1987 true, but praying MRC over standard struts and shocks fixes that issue
I drive a 2017 Camaro LT 4 banger :) love the silence it has love the comfort it brings and the blow from the turbo hahaha
1: I've been wondering about the ride quality when lowering it too. Be the test mule for us
2: Second car? What is it?
3: I forgot. I typed a whole paragraph for #1 then deleted it and lost my train of thought.
+benjamin guillory
1.) It will happen :)
2.) I have a special video that will highlight my gremlin...
Drove a auto for 2 years going through LA traffic everyday and commuting over 700miles a week, regret it, need manual now
Mines a commuter car
I even have a bed in back. Fold down seat
Add mattress pad.
Just checked Camaro6 forum, someone said their 2013 has it. Perhaps yours does, and you just don't realize it...
Great and informative video, keep up the great work!
But leaving in D the upshifts can be such fast; dowshifts a doubt a bit but we will see.
it shifts faster up and down with or without the paddles. the 8 speed auto shifts faster down than the pdk
Handsome B Wonderful
no, that´s not true. search some videos on youtube or tests.

I can't decide, I really like the retro gauges in the gen 5 and the wider seat. mag ride would be really cool, though.
I prefer manual bro, but to each is own.
I sure do
Is your commute so long because you work in LA and it's just to damn expensive to live closer to LA?
"Onstar"
The people who shit on you for the automatic drive a auto and are jealous
Wow that is a lot of miles a day; are you a programmer?
+eric fader I am a Community Manager
+Daniel CF too much to list here.
Bro that limited seat recline would make me tweak
Takes about 15mins to fix that
108 one way what job do you have that is worth it
+Hughie1987 I working in the video game industry
oh ok Ive been looking at jobs for that in the art/animation area
Long commute. Sounds like you need a daily beater.
👍
shit the lumbar support in cars actually hurt my back lol so I'm glad Camaro doesn't have that.
+Mark Villasenor Your not too far from one of the studios I support.
+1 for auto love
Rides like a Caddy
Can you really daily drive a SS??
Yup
I'm legit about to get rid of the camaro ss I just bought, the seats KILL my back, my lower back tells me to go fuck my self every time I sit in the car more than 30 minutes. It was fine when I test drove it but on the ride home from the dealership which was over 2 hours away. My back was murdering me. I may trade in this car for the golf r:/
That sucks, I can;t speak for you or your back, but I can say I haven't had any issues and that is after trips of 5hrs+
Sounds like you need to go to a chiropractor
It's not that you're not an enthusiast you're just not a true car enthusiast why would you get an automatic V8 Camaro that doesn't make any sense to a true car enthusiast
Because the transmission determines someone’s love for a car…. Backward ass thinking.
