Like the comment below. The 3rd bedroom is considered a Studio, you can rent that alone. it cost less Money or less points if you are a club owner. Great for a weekend get away. We always do the full bedroom when it is just the 2 of us or 2 bedroom when we bring guests. Thanks for this video, we are renting a 3 bedroom for the first time in May. We have been owners with HGVC for over 15 years. Best decision ever.
3rd room is called a lock off unit. Can be used by HGVC to rent as a 2BR unit and the locked off unit would just be standard hotel room rental. Alternatively, the timeshare owner could take the 2br and rent the lock off to a stranger.
