I’m a former submarine driver. Your ability to keep your cool when stuff happens is impressive. You have a good decision loop - observe, orient, analyze, then act. The titanium fasteners in the turbo kit caught my submariner’s eye. Do they need thread dressing (think Never-Seize but formulated for the metals used.) Safe and fast!
super stoke to see EMILO alot more, i been pulling for him as long as i can and im sure his friends and Kyle have felt the same since knowing him! good shit boys!
When it comes to sealing threads in the oil system, thread sealant is my preferred choice. Loctite 567 (general purpose, low pressure, tapered or course fittings) or Loctite 545 (High-lubricity, for hydraulic and pneumatic fittings) has never failed me. Less risk of having teflon tape enter the oil system, and it makes removal easier as well. Great work on the install, I really enjoyed the video!
I had a great time following and watching all the Boostedbioz together at WCF over the past week!! The whole team killed it, worked hard late into the night/morning!! Setting new PB’s and breaking world records and most of all y’all made it home safe and in one piece to race and break the new record!! This is why I watch this channel!!🙏🏻❤️💪🏼🔥🔥🔥🔥🤣
Yeah I hate civics with hood exhausts. It looks so jank lmao. I know some people actually prefer them... but nah I want those exhaust fumes BEHIND me lol
Emilio is officially a paid crew member and that civic will eventually be driven by him to all the events, eventually running 8s he deserves it aye kyle ❤
@@jc13781 I have thought about that but I'd be surprised.. he might as well put street tires on the orange nsx and give that thing away he hasn't spoken the words "orange nsx" in well over a year
That thing is going to be at a whole other pay check level. It’s a mini pro-mod that’s going to demand all the attention of the whole crew!! Can’t wait❤💪🏼🚀 I know once that Civic is finished it will be able to complete with Eagle When it’s all dialed in… mark my words
That’s gonna be a 300k build. Those take time and moneys. It’s a FULL Promod. Will be an easy mid-low 6sec car. It’s the future of the channel for sure.
Man I thought I was moving away from low to mid hp build channels, but I forgot I have a huge soft spot for high quality content and Honda's. Absolutely love you guys [including Emilio] thanks for the continued amazing content guys! Also you guys are just so relatable and nice to eachother. The respect you guys show everyone is what everyone deserves. I think Brent has been rubbing off on everyone over the years and I love it! ❤
Again, big fan of Emilio and you doing videos more frequently again. I’m aware Emilio went to do his own thing but the videos hit better with all yall in it.
Emilio and Kyle going in on a big shop together would be crazy 👁👁 PFI crews moves to florida and they all move into a massive hangar shop with cleetus. That'd be crazy. 0% that happens though lol
@@Tyler-z8rbandimere just announced that they’ve purchased land for a new track VERY close to the PFI shop. They’re not going anywhere. It will be in “Hudson” Colorado which is about 15mins away from the current shop south of Fort Lupton. Literally the best location possible for the PFI crew.
Run the turbo oil feed thru the coil cover on top of the valve cover. Right above the vtec solenoid. protects it from the heat of the exhaust and comes out perfectly to the top of the turbo with a sidewinder
I love all your videos. But these videos are the ones that bring me back to the early days of boostedboiz... Great job Kyle and team keep the great content flowing. Looking forward to next video.
Dude, more videos like this! These are the best! They make brake line & proportioning valve tuck kits that mount inside the car. Opens that whole area up. And I hope you make or get a tucked wire harness. This car is awesome!
For the headlights, cutting compound used by bodyshops works perfect even by hand. Roar extreme cut is perfect, don't need a lot. A lot cheaper than headlights. 👍
Appreciate you taking care of my truck for me. 😂 Got a pic with you at World Cup. You looked tired as hell! lol. You guys killed it and can’t wait to see how far you take the MR2.
I feel like something has been off with wyatt lately ? Cant put my finger on it. Glad to have emilio back in the pic. Hope hes sticking around. Keep grinding.. we see you..........
Emilio belongs on this channel, It's cool he has his own and does his own thing, but we still need him here like on majority of the videos. Hes too real and authentic of a person to not have around his comments and commentary are great. "That's a heat shield" is gold! Still laughing about that one.... Every one show Emilio some love!!
See if Sam can get them shining. I had a horrible set, tried several buffing methods. In the end I put a few coats of clear coat and that worked decent.
Wet sand the headlight assemblies with 2000, 3000 grit. Clean with 3% rubbing alcohol. The respray with a few coats of 2k gloss clear. Cut and buff and they'll be as good as new. Or just buy new ones.
Hey guys, if you don't want to buy new headlights and there isn't any heat cracking in tge plastic. Sand it down to 1000g and just spray clear coat on Them. I've had many people tell me it's not right and I've never had a single issue with it. Did my headlights 4 years ago and never chipped flaked or anything and looked exactly the same.
What a blue balls moment I figured you would have had it running and testing it in this video but I'll wait for the next one is always worth the wait! Y'all keep doing a good job man I enjoy watching the videos been watching since the Charlie Wego
@ Kyle It’s not a fake AN fitting. It’s a piece from an old school engine dress up kit. It comes with a bunch of different sizes for the coolant hose normally on V8s
Acetone vapor can be used to restore foggy headlights. You can buy a kit or jerry rig it but it does work. Sand it down through the grits nice and smooth and then acetone vapor and they should look good. Might be more cost-effective to buy them though unless you wanted to make a video of it.
It won’t fix 10yrs of Pitting and neglect. Just better to replace them. I refinished/sealed the stock headlights on my 2013 F150 with on 85k miles a couple years ago and they’re already looking less than ideal again. A new pair was a whopping $80 and looks a million times better. It’s always a great idea to use a high quality coating/sealant when replacing headlight housings.
Those headlights can easily be saved, either hire out a headlight restoration service or use the 3M kit with the clear coat wipes. It wet sands the yellow and haze out and when you use the wipes, go slow and don’t press down too hard.
Looking at the feed it may burn through at that location I ran my up the right side of the block under the coil pack cover to the feed if you have enough line I would recommend it. 👍
I enjoy that Emilio is back around. You, him, and Wyatt make a jam up team.
I agree
100% agree

Trump is president now, so unfortunately we won't be seeing Emilio for long 😢
