Shame there are those that dont like this game. Both me and bro actually liked this games as it reminded me of ocarina of time and twilight princess but with own twist. Sures it has its faults but i think this game has potential, who know maybe a sequel in works that improve upon the game mechanics. They cant do worse than darksiders who dont now how they want do there games. Do you have any recommendations for switch for games similar to this or ocarnia ot time & twilight princess?

I think games like this are the hardest to review. It's easy when a game is terrible or a game is great, you know how to talk about it. When a game hits that middle ground it's rough, you need to try and find that balance. Even with games that I don't like, I always try to maintain a positive flow, my goal is to try and connect games with those who will enjoy them :) Hopefully you found my opinion to be fair, although I will admit the very tiny pause after hit, is something that most won't care about, but to me was a big sticking point.
As to your question regarding recommendations, that's a tough one. My go to would be Tunic, it has that smooth combat flow, and that great Zelda vibe of discovery, but I'm sure you've already played that. For a larger Zelda style RPG with a great story and world to explore, there's Dragon Quest XI, and I can never resist the opportunity to sing about Xenoblade Chronicles 1, 2 and 3. They're fantastic (2 and 3 especially for me). The Last Campfire I believe is currently on sale and is worth a look, along with Eastward. And of course don't forget you have Ni No Kuni on Switch, but if you know nothing about the game look up a combat video first, you collect minions to help you in combat and swap between them, the game is stellar, but the combat can turn some off.
Thanks for the comment btw :) Hope you enjoyed the video.

@@LT3 I did enjoy the video so no worries, im surprised not more reviews of it from some of the more nintendo switch oriented channels. This game does have bit of potential and i hope developers are working on a sequal to this.

A lot of the issues I had could be patched out tbh, the core is really solid, and like you said, it's a bit of a surprise that more Nintendo channels didn't pick it up as it feels like a perfect fit for the switch. A sequel of the same size, or slightly smaller and more polished would rock, ofc there's always the potential for a larger sequel, but I'd rather quality over quantity.
Glad you liked the video and hope to see you comment on more in the future :)

@@LT3 the way it ended it sounded like it hinted at sequal. But you never know.

This game must not have sold well at all.
I don’t remember wish listing it but I got an alert that it’s on sale and it’s 75% off only a few months out.

I don't think it sold more than 10k sadly. For 75% off you'll get your moneys worth for sure. You'll have to leave another comment letting me know if you picked it up :)

You should try speaking a little faster, you gonna have a hard time engaging viewers if you speak this slow

      Hey Kermit, big fan.
Thanks for the feedback. Check out the Games You Missed Shorts if you’d prefer a faster spoken video :) The cadence changes based on the video a lot, the latest interview as an example was a lot slower, this was more middle. The YT style of cutting out every breath and moment of silence with a faster pace is great but also leads to information just flowing and being missed, I also think a pause or breath can add a lot of weight to a sentence.
But I getcha. If it’s too big an issue just use the YT playback speed thing and put me on like 1.25x or 1.5. It’s all good. Oh and thanks for the comment. Appreciate it.

Just wanted to let you know in case it might be useful for you. Don’t take it as an offense, I don’t think there’s anything wrong with speaking like that, just think of it as feedback to what the average viewer might think. Overall, keep up with the good content, you don’t waste time and go straight to the point and that’s what people like to see.

I’m going to disagree. I’m an older guy when it comes to games but the Missy Elliot joke was fun and just because it wasn’t delivered with adhd speeds didn’t make it less funny to me. 😊
