Setting centerline of draft & plowing w/ international Harvester IH 444 and IH 14”x3 plow

A big thanks to “my local farmer” as his video does a great job thoroughly explaining the details on how to set the centerline a draft. this video is a rounded off version of that just showing what we did and how we got it close enough for us as we needed to make some major changes and then you can see in this video I made some major mistakes and we corrected them in the field. It was super helpful to have mrs. #weaversstonehousefarm plow for the first time so I could watch, find my mistakes, and make adjustments. This is the best our International Harvester IH 444 and IH 14“ x 3 bottom plow have ever plowed for us.
There is lots of plowing to watch as well.

Thx Arron, I just saw your video, found a two row international 420 plow, this really helped me tremendously, man I’m glad I found your video, between you and mtn farmer, you guys have me learning big time, and I’m 60, but I haven’t done no farming since I was 8 with my grandfather

Glad it helped you. It’s really hard trying to figure this stuff out on your own. We figured if it was hard for us, it has to be hard for others. There will come a day when my farming uncle is no longer around next to me and we need to preserve some of that info into videos like this to help new or just forgot how to do it farmers.
