Wonderful video. You had perfect clear weather, and little air pollution. Mt. Rainier is my favorite place on Earth. I backpacked around the mountain with 3 others on the Wonderland Trail in 1975. It took us 8 days to do the 96 miles. And of course I've done countless other backpacking and hiking trips. It's a shame you didn't make it to Snow Lake. It's stunning. Maybe next time.
How incredible you got to backpack around the mountain! We had fabulous weather but it was hotter than we were anticipating. Maybe we’ll make it back there one day and see Snow Lake.
