    👏👏👏This stew go Harvard I dey tell you. Although instead throwing away the excess oil, store it in a closed container and use for jollof rice or Spaghetti.

    I am south African and hubby is naija learned to cook almost all the Nigerian dishes and the oil makes the stew sweeter and I like it with rice with boiled egg. That looks delicious

    Just tried this recipe and this is how the conversation over the table went
    Hubby: how did the stew turn out because you took a lot of time
    Me: i don't know ,i think its nice you will tell me
    Him eat few spoons of rice with the stew

    Thank you sister. Wondered if frying the goat meat or not will make a difference to the final flavour/taste? I’ll be adding cow foot and shaki as well. Also do you advice mixing bleached palm oil to the vegetable oil? I suspect that palm oil and goat meat may not work. Your thoughts appreciated.

    Hello very huge fan. I use your channel to attempt to cook for my Nigerian husband. I had a question. Is there any reason why you don’t say your measurements with seasonings? I find myself over seasoning a lot or not seasoning enough and ruining dishes because I’m sure how much to use. Could you possibly reply with measurements ?     When do u let meat to simmer on low heat and when do u let it marinate for hours

      Both methods can be used interchangeably. Most people don't remember to thaw their meats prior to cooking, let alone leave to marinate..LOL. So, I'll say marinate overnight but if you can't, then use the simmering method. Hope this helps.

    My sister here said it....if you do not take your time and fry your tomatoes....e go de sweet and acidic at same time....that frying is the most important part in my opinion....make una no de fear oyel.

    I have been looking at the vitamix and blendtec blenders, not sure which brand or model of the brand is good. Does anyone have one of these blenders (or any other brand) and would recommend it?
    I need something that will blend beans for moimoi smoothly without making too much noise

      Used a Bosch Silentmixx, not so great for beans. I use a Vitamix A3500i for beans, blends super smooth but it's noisy; like a bomb site!
