- The HAPPY CHILD series, created by Onigiri Cat, is a deceptively deep analog horror; there was an incredible amount of lore and ideas to unpack with each tape though it doesn't look that way from the surface. It's like a puddle, that doesn't have a bottom...

I feel like the low quality mic kinda gives off a fitting vibe when used in analog horror tho, like the narrator is speaking in a point in time similar to the series
@@suomyhorrorMostly the music covered you up when it got intense. Good music, just too loud, even by my HoH 'standards', the subtitles struggled to correctly try to pick the words up.
I am at work in broad daylight surrounded by people, but the sound effects and ai voices, along with your voiceover and background music choice is creeping me tf out lol. Good work man, subbed 👍

my guess is that “how to be a sea urchin” is an instructional video for the happy children things, they can mimick people why not mimick every piece of life out there, the vibe could be completely different because they don’t have to hide from people anymore the videos can just be what they are.

My only minor issue is your background audio gets a fair bit louder than your voice at times and it seems like when you stop talking your mic goes completely silent without room audio can make it a little feel very stop and start when you have a break in you speaking. I have Zero idea how audio editing works so I am probably just talking out of my ass, if so I am sorry and I appreciate how much effort you put in!

Good video, was surprised it was by so small a channel! My only critique is that at times the background noise can get pretty loud and make it hard to understand you. Also heck yeah OMORI music!

These AH tropes are getting tired. They don’t have the scare factor they used to anymore and it’s getting boring seeing another series leaning on TTS voice overs, long face/body = scary, and distorted old-timey music.
Also, @ 34:15 the logo for ICAO is straight up wrong lol. They used the logo for the United Nations and not ICAO.
Anyway, again, you did great in your video and I hope to see more of your content in the future
stuff like local 58 and mandala catalog were cool and novel at the time, but created a format that was way too easy to replicate, any teenager with windows movie maker sees it and thinks "i could do that and be just as famous!" so now the web horror space is flooded with nearly identical "TTS slide show warning you of slendermans in your area" series
@Kevinblue035 as overused at these tropes are, it's cool that teens and people new to analog horror as a whole feel inspired to make projects of their own with what they have and get a passion for analog horror/horror in general

Enjoyable video the only thing that kept taking me out was the background sounds you were using during speaking portions. The children talking was incredibly distracting. Maybe turn these sounds down a little bit more in your editing. Otherwise thank you so much for showing off yet another amazing horror content creator

the backround ambience gets too loud on occasions, around 25 minutes in, i suggest turning it down a lil

Oof, was enjoying the video, but I had to turn it off. The extra sounds you've overlaid just got to be too much. Wasn't a fan of the extra children sounds at the beginning, but the pulsating, throbbing spookiness noises drowned out the narration and got to be a headache inducing after a while. Hope to check in on another video in the future though!
