When it comes to getting bigger arms at home...There are a TON of great exercises you can do using just resistance bands and dumbbells...I map them out in a great workout today that's going to have your arms burning (and growing)... check it out in today's new video!
Mark, Another great one for dumbbells! I'm going through your dumbbell videos to get started with my new set. I started with some bands and am adding in dumbbells, so this video is perfect! Thanks again!
You rock, Daddy! Can't wait to incorporate these moves with my newly acquired understanding of ecentric/concentric movements and the benefits of different grips. Your knowledge has been invaluable to me, especially with no access to a gym.Thank you, again!🙏
All exercises are very excellent and brilliant sirji of arms workout with bands and dumbbells and keep going hard and be strong always 💪💪💪💪💪💪💪🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Mark great exercises. One question: I notice that your elbows are wide on the overhead tricep extension. I was told by a fitness instructor to keep my elbows in as tight as possible to the midline when doing that move, to better isolate the triceps. Do you have any comment on that?
You need to tell the go to thing if you have lower back problems. In the push-ups. Tighten your core build upper body. Slow and steady. I’m 58 and had 3 back surgeries got fused on last one. And I’m a mechanic at a dealership for 37 years. Need to emphasize diet.
There's is something to be said for "cheat curls". I wouldn't do them every week but every few weeks because they do allow you to do curls with an overload weight.
As a 40 year old Chicago Police Officer. I truly try not to fall into that over weight officer group. So far I'm lean 190. But. I find it harder and harder lol
Thomas Plath, 3-4 sets 8-12 reps (other than the 21s), with 45 sec. rest between sets. Zottman curls go light. With the last set do as many as you can (aka, to failure). Gradually increase the weight when you are ready to do so. Also, be sure to keep a record to keep track of what weight you are using from session to session to chart your progression.

If you don't mind me asking how much weight are you using on the Zottman Curl here?
You have a good way of training people, Mark. Appreciate you
@@mattfagin7641 Thank you!
Here we go with "after 40" crock again. I'm 77. Made of the same material all my life. Zottman curls are great to break up curl workouts.

Mark , great exercises again! I really like the way you explain things! Many thanks!

Will I still benefit the same from these lifts even if I am younger than 40?
I've been doing those for a long time. But do them seated on incline bench.
Merry Christmas!
And to you as well!

How much reps, how much sets? 3 sets up to 12 reps, as usual?

I thought cardio was bad after 40.
Ex # 2 you have your elbows in a terrible position, flared out. Couldn't watch anymore.
