Oh my goodness! The toomuchery! I was chuckling the whole time.. my husband thought the kicker would have been tiny hands! Thanks for the laugh 😂what a great way to start a Saturday morning!
In case I somehow forget he's there, he makes sure to fake-sneeze periodically, to remind me. Also, every time I rested my hand on the chair, he licked my fingers! 😂
Too stinking cute! You should make a tiny food camp cook series! More tiny food ideas: quail eggs, mini pancakes, McCain’s smiley fries, gerkins, stuffed mini sweet peppers, caramel crab apples, Babybel cheese, etc. Daiso sells mini cast iron skillets. You can make mini pizookies, fruit cobblers or mini pizzas. This would be so much fun to watch!
Such cute ideas! You may be happy to know that I have an itty-bitty dutch oven from Daiso and there may be a mini dutch oven cooking video in the works 😉
@ShoestringMartha I hear you. Right now in Trinidad CO it's not bees but mosquitos I'm battling with. 😆 I've had a time with bees in my beverages, though. It's a real fight.
If only I was as handy as you, I’ve watch your conversion of this ammunition box and knew I couldn’t do it so I settled for the Stanley lunch box even though is way more expensive but I have to say they do come in handy.
That thing is fun to use! I haven’t taken it camping lately, but I often mess around with it at home. Latest experiment: an unbaked croissant = croffle 😋
I love baby corn! You feel about baby corn like I feel about beets. Those legit taste like dirt to me. That Zoolander reference was on point 👌🏻 😂. So glad you’re back out. Hope the down time allowed the back to heal fully. Those injuries are so rough. Hi Gunther!
I wrap them in foil and roast until tender. Let them cool off with the foil still on. Then you can peel off the dirt-tasting tough skin and be left with the sweet insides. Highly recommend!
Same with the baby corn! I always thought I was the crazy one because everyone likes it and I’ll eat it, but I just have to chew and swallow real quick. But I like the way you describe it as being “earthy”.
Another great and informative video. (and Im only 6 minutes in. lol. ) I have the camping moon grate too and I never thought to cook directly on it like a grill top, the way you did with your mini dogs and corn coated with oil. I did not notice any smoking or drippage. (shock and awe) Let me keep watching and see what comes next. 🙂 I'm realizing I need a tiny steel tray in my Stanly lunchbox kit.
Cooking right on the grate was totally influenced by watching Korean campers do it 😂 I had no idea what I was going to do with that tray when I bought it at Daiso. I didn't even know if it would fit -- but it worked out perfectly!
Would you consider doing an episode on Gunther tips & tricks for keeping him cool and safe when traveling/camping? I'm stealing the idea of a personal a/c in the car so you can run in to the bathroom but need to check that it will work in my area as we deal with high humidity
It’s pie iron Reubens and monkey bread for dinner tonight. The Ruebens should be ok, but the monkey bread is anybody’s guess. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration to try new stuff in the pie iron and not worry too much about sticky disasters.
OOoohhh that sounds good! I love those little frozen yeasted dinner rolls for that sort of thing. I have been meaning to do a monkey bread, so I'm curious about how it turns out for you.
Ok..im game...lol. where do you find tiny corns? Ive seen some way tinier in a can but want to try the ones you had. Your tiny kitchen is growing on me!!😊 that is the cutest kitchen ive seen. Looks like a fun camp
LOL I have seen memes of people eating what they thought were berry waffles and it turned out -- they were not. 🤢 I made the hot honey by simmering honey with chile flakes and a little water, and then straining it. I let it simmer too long which is why it's so thicccccc 😆
Nope they are from Harbor Freight. There aren’t any military surplus stores near me. Even so, seems they’re mostly stocked with repros anyway. Maybe that’s just my luck 🤷
What a bit size vlog😂😋 toooo cute. Loved this vlog please keep them coming!!
Tiny kitchen, tiny food....too cute❣️ Thanks ❣️😄
This was so much fun to watch! I love your cooking shows 🩷
A tiny bee sister for the tiny food & beer, very perfect.
Oh my goodness! The toomuchery! I was chuckling the whole time.. my husband thought the kicker would have been tiny hands! Thanks for the laugh 😂what a great way to start a Saturday morning!
Eeeeeee!! That would have been HILARIOUS 👐🏻😂
Love the Gunther t-shirt 😊
Fun idea with the tiny food lol
what a cute idea! I'm glad Gunther was supervising and taste testing for you.
Love your sense of humor!
Gunther staying frosty around the micro kitchen! Not gonna miss those tiny dogs! ❤😂😂 Love the whole setup!

Haha: They must lock the doors on the toy store when they see you approch ?
😂 Rock on 🙂
😂 they should!
Everything looks not only soooo delicious, but so CUTE!
To cute. Love the little foods.❤️ Just something fun!
Love this Tiny Dinner.
Take that Bee! Lmao! 😆 Love the mini food video. Gunther is flippin adorable. ❤
If it were a honeybee I’d be kinder, but it was a sweatbee. Pretty sure they get their name cuz they’re always sweatin’ you for your beverages. 😡
@ShoestringMartha I hear you. Right now in Trinidad CO it's not bees but mosquitos I'm battling with. 😆 I've had a time with bees in my beverages, though. It's a real fight.
So fun to watch you in your cooking mode. Having fun.
Great idea for the hot dog buns!
Love the tiny food ideas😊fun video Hi Gunther!
😂 I love the tiny food in a tiny kitchen! You’re too funny. Looks like you found a beautiful campsite. Safe travels!
It was a keeper for sure. Totally would return - during the week. 😄
If only I was as handy as you, I’ve watch your conversion of this ammunition box and knew I couldn’t do it so I settled for the Stanley lunch box even though is way more expensive but I have to say they do come in handy.
They have all these ready-made accessories for them now! Enjoy and I’m only kinda jelly about it 😂
Toaster tongs may have worked.or check the tool aisle for small tongs, they have grippers on the ends, like tweezers.they are about a foot long
I could probably use one of the many possibly-stolen hotel ice bucket tongs that we have. 😏
@@ShoestringMartha lol
I love your micro kitchen!
Great video! LOVE how Gunther is right there supervising!
I never have to worry about him wandering off -- as long as I'm cooking 😂
I think my favorite mini food you have cooked on your channel is from the mini waffle iron. I bought one and love eggs from it.
That thing is fun to use! I haven’t taken it camping lately, but I often mess around with it at home. Latest experiment: an unbaked croissant = croffle 😋

Hi from Gunther!! Funny thing, even though they also taste earthy - I love beets 🤷 Particularly golden beets, roasted. Canned beets are icky. 😝
@@ShoestringMartha I’d try them roasted - that actually sounds pretty good!
I wrap them in foil and roast until tender. Let them cool off with the foil still on. Then you can peel off the dirt-tasting tough skin and be left with the sweet insides. Highly recommend!
So glad to see you're back. I've missed your videos. Thanks for the ride.
Thanks for coming along! 😃
Thank you for the video. I have been waiting for it and it was worth the wait!
Same with the baby corn! I always thought I was the crazy one because everyone likes it and I’ll eat it, but I just have to chew and swallow real quick. But I like the way you describe it as being “earthy”.
Maybe it’s a specific sensitivity - like with cilantro 😄
@@ShoestringMartha Oooh maybe so!
G'day from Australia lovely hoomin and doggo
Hiiiya! 🦘👋🏼
I like the little eats!! :)

I just found you. Hilarious and creative. I love it!
Thanks so much and welcome aboard! 🤗
Loving your videos! thanks. You make me wanna start posting more videos to my channel!!
DO EEEEET! 😏
You can make a handle for your little Skillet with a wire coat hanger
Of course I found my little pot grabber AFTER my trip 😂 but that would be a good backup!
Would you consider doing an episode on Gunther tips & tricks for keeping him cool and safe when traveling/camping? I'm stealing the idea of a personal a/c in the car so you can run in to the bathroom but need to check that it will work in my area as we deal with high humidity
Maybe! 🤔 It might be pretty short. 😂 95% of my strategy is to just go where the weather is good or just don’t go at all. 😔
It’s pie iron Reubens and monkey bread for dinner tonight. The Ruebens should be ok, but the monkey bread is anybody’s guess. Anyway, thanks for the inspiration to try new stuff in the pie iron and not worry too much about sticky disasters.

The waffle things sound crunchy
It was! So much cronch.
@ShoestringMartha I might try these things...I've never had the pretzel bites I'm definitely going to try them with the cocktail weenies with cheese
Ok..im game...lol. where do you find tiny corns? Ive seen some way tinier in a can but want to try the ones you had. Your tiny kitchen is growing on me!!😊 that is the cutest kitchen ive seen. Looks like a fun camp
I got some in a jar from the grocery store (Kroger/Fry’s). They had pickled and brined. I got brined, but rinsed it off.
@@ShoestringMartha thank you
I love your micro kitchen! I'm glad you told us the waffles were berry flavor because I thought they were moldy! Do you make the hot honey yourself?
LOL I have seen memes of people eating what they thought were berry waffles and it turned out -- they were not. 🤢 I made the hot honey by simmering honey with chile flakes and a little water, and then straining it. I let it simmer too long which is why it's so thicccccc 😆
@@ShoestringMartha thank you! I'm going to try that.
Are your ammo cans a novelty? They look shiny and new. So, I'm guesding they are not a true surplus cans?
Nope they are from Harbor Freight. There aren’t any military surplus stores near me. Even so, seems they’re mostly stocked with repros anyway. Maybe that’s just my luck 🤷
