Daniel Day-Lewis is actually retiring this year after he does one more film with Paul Thomas Anderson, so unfortunately, it doesn't seem likely!

I wonder why they changed the character's name from Anselmi (in 8 1/2) to Contini (in Nine). I guess it makes the ending of this song easier to sing...
