i just did a search regarding your laptop and it does says that they both have the same battery, but my advice to you is when you buying the battery just ask the seller if the battery is compatible with your laptop. all the best.
no worries, just give them your model number they should help you. just a quick question, have you opened your laptop? if yes, then check which battery you have.
just apply some force to disconnect it, make sure do not hold the wire otherwise you will damage the battery, just push the battery connector outward (white connecter that is connected to the board)

you can purchase it on eBay or from your local computer store, this is the model number for the charger PA-1650-86 and output is 19V with 3.42A
