Been talking about this game for years, one of my most vivid memories as a young Seahawks fan was this game. Unbelievable finish, thanks for posting!

i remember being 12 and playing football outside with my friends while this was going on living in kc but hating the chefs so i thought it was funny that they lost even though dt had 7 sacks

As a Seahawks fan living in western New York, I was sitting in a blizzard at Rich Stadium in Buffalo watching the Bills-Cardinals game when I saw this final score flash up on the jumbo tron. Needless to say it helped me enjoy a horrible lopsided game in Buffalo just a little bit more!

Definitely a game that showed how much sacks could be overrated as Dave Krieg suffered a NFL high 9 sacks and still pulled off the win.

Thank you Mr. D. I didn't even realize that this was 58's game till the end of the 3rd. I just thought that I was watching a cool throwback game.

I was stationed in Germany at this time. My roommate and I were both seahawk fans so when we learned afn was carrying the game we stayed up late to watch. Oh, that 8th sack DT did not get.

Derrick Thomas 7 sack game, don’t think I have even seen a team less deserving win a game. Seahawks won without an offensive line.

It really was a toss up. Their offense only generated 3 FGs and a defensive TD.. Ours did 2 TDs and 2 FGS.

@daniel anderson, Marv Albert was off that week plus the Lakers-Spurs NBA game that he called was 11/3/1990, the Seahawks-Chiefs was 11/11/1990.

It's amazing how the Chiefs utterly blew this game especially on offense. Derek Thomas was playing out of mind and the rest of the team sat with their thumbs up their ass.

They didn’t have much of an offense back then.

Anyone have any of the Seahawks’ games from the first three weeks - to which they attempted to run ‘the shoot’ ?!?!
