What I do wish is that all of these were available on DVD and zoned to play in the United States and was reasonably priced so even people who don't make a lot but want to practice could do so, and have a larger screen to watch while they did. So they could practice along with the video. And since it would be DVDs, they can take it with them anywhere

Hallo Didier,
nach meinem Verständnis ist eiene Bunkai Anwendung die Verteidigung gegen einen NICHT Karateka!
Wenn das NICHT so sein soll, haben wir sofort eine Kumite Situation in der Bunkai.
In einer Kumite Situation, wartet der Gegner niemals auf den Gegnangiff deinerseits,
ich denke Du weist was ich meine.
Dann in einer Verteidigungssituation greift der "Gegener" niemals mit einer Karate Technik an,
da er kein Karate kann, denn wenn er Karate könnte, wären wir wieder in einer Kumitevariante.
Denn kein Karatea greift mit einer einfachen unkontrollierten Technik an.
Mit dieser Erkennnis ändern sich die Bunkai-Techniken gravierend!
