- Here is a full walk around my new Zafira GSI project, as you can see it has been sitting for a long time and needs some work. We will investigate the mechanical problems together and find out if the engine can be rebuilt or if i'll have to start with a new unit, and carry out and full valet inside and out bringing this thing up like new!

And a 5 weeks ago my zaf gsi exhaust split and it sounded like a tank I done a vid of it but luckily I got a new exhaust
Wow disagree about the engines melting pistons etc. Was ok review until then. Z20LET is a very reliable engine.I have a 2005 Black Gsi and starts up first turn!. Change oil and laughing.

Agreed, had my Coupe Turbo for eleven years, my brother bought it at a year old, never had a problem with it and have known quite a few that have also been reliable, like any car they need regular servicing etc and the correct mods if tuning them, i did have a new VXR turbo fitted last year but not because the original was knackered i fancied a remap :)

@@jackrussel853 YEH DEFO. THE z20 LOVE NEW OIL AND FILTERS. ALSO NEW SPARK PLUGS EVERY 2 YEARS AND LAUGHING.
@@andisadler2897 Yep, i buy a set of NGK IRIDIUM - BKR6EIX's from Courtenay's every couple of years and although they say they'll last 40k i usually only do around 10k on them so give them away to anyone that wants them.
@@jackrussel853 I GET R7S just to be safe side as engines get hot, coil packs fail with heat especially on the z20. All good at mo though so ace. Loves oil,rocker cover gaskets it also loves but other than that great engine.,
How is tv working without battery?
