I’ve been using Ozempic now for about 4 months. In that time I’ve lost 48 pounds. I still need to lose another 20 though. My personal feeling is this has changed my life so much. I’m a 49 year old guy who has been on diets since I was 16. Since I’ve been on Ozempic I’ve found that my cravings have dissapeared completely. I have lunch and dinner each day with no snacks. I could easily skip lunch because I’m just not hungry, but I make myself eat because I don’t want to lose weight any faster than I already am. In terms of side effects I had quite a bit of nausea for the first 2 months….but now nothing.

Excellent videos on Ozempic. Information without scientific BS. Even just looking at your face from the first week video to a month later was pretty amazing how much better you look.I started yesterday but as someone in my mid-60s I don’t really eat much at mealtime but would snack at night with the munchies…cookies, ice cream, Carmel corn, etc., and this seems to have absolutely eliminated that desire. Eating so little regular food I will lose weight without “calorie counting“.

It works so well for me it causes constipation. I’ve figured out to take 3 Ducolox and drink half a bottle of Pedialyte a couple time a week to clean myself out. Blood work back after just shy of 4 months and I’ve lost 15% of my body weight…240-207. A1C was lower 5.6-5.2 BUT my protein was below normal…I’m guessing because I’m just not eating. I am a type 2 diabetic for the past few years. My doctor put me on Ozempic a couple years ago. I did not lose any weight nor did it control my blood sugar this past February’s 2024. I was mounjaro which helped me to lose 50 pounds in four months and my blood sugar is now controlled. I weigh about 145 pounds. I tried low-carb and exercise. I was on the 1200 cal diet and exercising and not eating past 25 carbs a day I was miserable and I didn’t really lose any weight and my blood sugars were completely out of control. I’m very thankful for these medicines. I think everybody has to find the right medicine that works well for their body.

You’re so right about finding the right thing for YOUR body. I know some people have better luck on Mounjaro. It’s considerably more expensive than Ozempic if you’re buying the compound version. That’s amazing 50 lbs! Great progress! I feel ya on the 1200 cal diet. It was miserable and I tried for years and kept binge eating from the restriction.

You can drink lemon juice or lime juice along with fiber tablets and that will help. I have reall bad migraines with it.When I cut back on my insulin that helps. I am not hungry and if you do eat a little more it will make you sick.I am excited to see the end results!Take adavantage of the days you don't feel well to shrink your stomach.Keep eating a small amount. That has worked for me.

I was taking Jardience to control my sugar, but it is not helping. Both my parents are diabetic (Type 2). I am 50 years old, 5'1, and 193. I had a full hysterectomy 8 months ago. I started Weight Watchers a week ago. I started at 198. So I lost 5 pounds in a week. Two days ago, I had blood work done. I fasted for my labs, and the results showed that my sugar was 120. I have only been eating eggs, chicken, fish, and vegetables, and I use Stevia and Monk fruit in my coffee and iced tea. My protein was high. I can only imagine why, with all the eggs, fish, and chicken I have been eating. Well, I hope Ozempic gives me a new light. Thank you again.

Your experience with Ozempic is very similar to mine. I started on Ozempic in January. I am currently down about 40 lbs. I too have lost the cravings for food and I am having to relearn how to eat, trying to recognize there is no bad or good foods. I am able to eat things I have denied myself over the past few years because I would eat and then be starving within a few hours. I had been on Metformin since 2008 but that seemed to not be working as well as it did in the beginning. I did loose about 50 lbs when I started on Metformin but since menopause the weight was creeping back on. I was about to loose my mind trying to figure out how to loose weight even with calorie counting, meal planning and exercise. Your recommendation concerning therapy is spot on for those who may use food as a soothing/comfort for stressful times. I recognize that I have times when I am tired and just want to eat something, but usually nothing sounds good and I'll take a bite of something and realize that I am just not hungry. I have found that I do not want to drink alcohol much anymore. I occasionally have a glass of wine but I agree the sugar makes for an upset tummy.

I started on Mounjaro last year and lost 35 pounds that summer. Unfortunately because I had lost so much weight rapidly I had to have my gallbladder removed and had to stop it for a while. I gained all the weight back once I came off of it. Now I’m on Wegovy and hopeful to see the same results again. I will say on the Wegovy I’ve had way more side effects and this first week has been hard due to them. I’ve had constipation, nausea, headaches, extreme thirst, and fatigue. It has gotten better over the week.

I watched your first video and this now. I am 5" 2ish and weight 365 pounds. I have been heavy most of my life and I just found out about this drug from a friend that started on it. I just saw it doctor earlier this month (before knowing about this drug) and I mentioned something to the nurse that maybe there is something I could take and she just brushed me off saying there is no miracle drug out there. I have thought about surgery but I am not ready to commit myself to surgery again (I had other surgeries) and I have seen enough people that have had it, it didn't help them in the long run. I'm on blood pressure medicine and I might go through the way you did and get it.

I'm about to step up to the .50 mg dose for my 3rd week on Ozempic. These first two weeks the nausea and constipation has been real. Reading about the medicine I learned that it slows the speed your stomach digests food so I had to be more aware of what I was eating. Clear liquids and lighter foods don't make me feel sick. I have noticed in the first two weeks I have definitely filled up quicker and I'm eating less. I haven't been counting calories and I know I haven't been drinking enough water. I also have not been exercising. I'm trying not to fall down a rabbit hole as I tend to eat my emotions and anxiety. I was stressed at work and found myself binging Hershey Kisses which I promptly felt sick afterwards. So I realize Ozempic is making me more mindful and intentional of what I'm eating. I do not know if I've lost, I'm waiting until I visit my doctor again next week. Thank you for your video! I look forward to your updates as your a few weeks ahead of me on Ozempic. I'm sorry you can't find good healthcare. That's one thing I'm thankful for down here in Florida.

I do not count calories because not all calories are the same. For instance A plate of broccoli calories compared to a plate of cookie calories are not the same those cookies are going to cause hunger cravings spike Insulin and make you crave other sugary foods for several days.I got rid of all unhealthy bread pasta rice cereal. I eat a lot of green vegetables And healthy fats such as eggs and avocados Steaks with fat and those types of foods keep me full. I actually lost 65 pounds by just doing that but recently turning 50 and having a hysterectomy i cannot lose the weight. But I did go from a siE 16 to a size 2. just be mindful of what types of food you are eating. You definitely need more vegetables .vegetables help pull your burned fat off. We are Supposed to eat 7 to 10 Cups of vegetables A-day and most people don't do that . If you want to see more weight loss be sure and do this ditch the bread's pasta cereal. You can buy a keto friendly bread but I wouldn't eat a whole bunch Every single week try to eat more healthy foods along with your ozympic and you would probably see bigger changes. I actually coach nutrition and have helped many people lose weight by just changing their foods but sometimes other things can cause the weight gain to come back and that can definitely be a hormone problem. When I lost the 65 pounds it was after 25 years of suffering and going to several doctors being on several medications several diets , counting calories and having a trainer. and nothing worked. but when I lost the 65 pounds i only changed my foods and I researched everything on my own and I fixed myself with what I learned. I'm so sick of most doctors When all they do is blow us off. I have a Facebook nutrition page if you would like to follow it and I share several recipes and tips there. It is called

I’ve been on it for about 6 weeks and have lost 30lbs. I started and threw up the first three days, probably because of what my normal diet was, double cheeseburger fries and diet drink for breakfast and lunch and a large dinner. I drank about a 2 liter of diet soda a day. So that’s probably why I puked so much.
I stopped diet soda completely, now only drink tea and flavored water, when I am hungry I eat Greek yogurt with Honey Nut Cheerios mixed in, fewer calories than granola.
The first days I don’t eat hardly at all, when the shot wears down I eat yogurt. I haven’t had a burger fry or soda since
I’m 52 and weigh 235 now. I got plantar fasciitis when I got fat so I’m trying to lose enough to get where they don’t hurt anymore .
I have always been able to lose weight easily but needed the shots to get me started, I’ll probably quit here soon and do it on my own.

I'm barely on week 2 i do get nausea really bad. Last week I started Thursday just took my 2nd dosage of .25mg on Sat I was so grumpy and tired. I haven't checked my weight yet but literally the next day I had really bad Diarrhea and was like that for a couple of days. Im going to check my weight for this first week and then again on second week journey. I'm 28 as well with 3kids. I'm 5'2 and 200+ pds I used to be way skinnier but after 3rd born and being home, and then covid really messed up my body and routine. So hopefully this really does work with the weight loss. I have fam history or diabetes and thyroid as well. So Dr.prescribe me it because I also had it with my pregnancies as well. I do know drinking more water helps me stop feeling nauseated.

I’m starting tomorrow but I’m scared of the diarrhea I really wouldn’t be able to keep with the things I do in a day if I get that symptom😢

I take it at night. No nausea by the next day. Constipation. Not diarrhea. Hunger is controlled. No burping.

A waist trainer is a good way to naturally suppress your appetite. It presses on my digestive system/stomach and makes me feel like I don't want to get full. I also drink protein drinks and herbal tea.
