fun fact: Phantasialand has the biggest chinese building outside Asia. They also
have flown in Chinese skilled workers to build it. :D
Luckily I'm not living too far away from Phantasialand. But what's also great about this Park is how the Attractions interact with each other. Like Chiapas and Colorado Adventure or Taron with Raik :D

The staff is so friendly, the last time I visited it me and a friend were allowed to run 2 extra laps on taron because they closed the queue and there was still time till the Park closed

I remember writing a magazine article once stating that Efteling was the Real Magic Kingdom (as opposed to that IP commercial in central Florida). Now I would gladly add Phantasialand to that title (with an honorable mention to Europa Park up-and-comer Toverland). Wonderfully thoughtful vid Chris.
I went there on a school trip and my GP friends confused Taron with Raik. I didn’t get to ride Taron. Utterly heartbreaking. I did ride Black Mamba and Chiapas though.

Yeah. Black Mamba was really good though and it made up for it. My 2nd fav coaster behind The Swarm.

An amazing video to describe an amazing theme park ! Well done.
Phantasialand truly has some of the best rides in the world. IMO probably the best coaster with Taron, probably the best mine train with Colorado Adventure, probably the best log flume with Chiapas, and probably the best flat ride with Talocan. You just can't go wrong there.
I'm going here for a school trip to Germany and I'm from England... Damn wow wow wo
EDIT: It was amazing! It is the best 100% I went on Taron, black mamba, Chiapas, Winjas fear&force, raik, talocan and also I went on the VR ride Crazy bats! 10/10

Great video - we are going this year and I’m already confident to have a new favourite park and coaster by the endocrine my visit.
BACKSEAT BLACKOUT definately. The breakdown was great and I think it’s quite important to mention operations and staff as that plays a big part in how good the day is and the edit was sharp.
We’ll be there in June and your right about the staff we already feel welcomed. I was sent two personal emails. I can’t wait to visit!! Great Vid!!

Phantasialand is basically a theme full place and just has so much theming
I havent been there yet, have been to Europa Park, which was amazing, i hope i can visit Phantasia in the coming years so i can compare them to see which one is better.
I've always pronounced it Phant-ayy-sialand, but my German girlfriend calls it Phant-azz-sialand, so I'll take her word for it XD
As a German, i can confirm, no "ay" sound in there. The second a is pronounced just like the first one.

Im actually living in england, and going on a trip with my german class to germany. We are going here too and I have been researching it (as a massive coaster enthuisiast) for about 3 months lol. But its another few moths away sadly

What did you think of Mystery Catle, I love it and I think its a top 3 ride in the park. Went on a busy summer day last year with taron above 60min and this tower was under 5 minutes the whole day (so I rode is way to many times).
The german pronounciation of phantasialand is like you said it the first time at the point where you asked how to probounce it, so its like phantarr

Let’s face It, if phantasialand wasn’t located in the middle of a houseing estate, then the themeing wouldn’t be as good as they wouldn’t have to worry about noise!

DONT TALK TO CHEETAH HUNT LIKE THAT! You have to ride it first before making your own opinions. The ride is very fun and the only thing you like are extreme thrill rides. Cheetah hunt is supposed to be a family coaster. That’s why.

Phantasialand disappointed me, as a 15 year old I can't go by my self because it's in germany. so I only got one chance and when I went barely anything opened and I only managed to get on winja's and Chiapas in the WHOLE day.

-has two vacation parks and 1 hotel(hotel has themed room)

I love Efteling; its one of my favourites but your comment made me laugh.
Entry is cheaper (although not by much) but parking is a ridiculously overpriced 10 euros.
"Decorates every attraction" - Python says hi; the outside section of Flying Dutchman also says hi.
Apart from the fact that efteling has a way weaker lineup of rides, the points you mentioned mostly apply to both efteling and phantasialand. Safest park in the world? What is that supposed to mean? I'd say basically every European theme park is equally safe. Phantasialand has two on-site hotels, the third one is gonna open soon. And what park doesn't communicate with it's guests?
Efteling is a magical theme park but it doesn’t have Taron 😝
