Excellent video LaTonya, I love the stone accent wall between the family room and the kitchen, and the counter tops in the owner bathroom are a really nice compliment to black trim pieces throughout it. And those unfinish spaces upstairs have so much potential!

Beautiful home! Love that each room noted the measurements that helps you envision how large you may want your dream home. Would love to know the measurements of the attic space. Very spacious with adequate storage and possibly another bedroom or bonus room.

@meyou7990 majority of the homes are in a HOA. I would have to check.
@@yourfavoriteraleighrealtor just not a fan of HOA dealing with that right now and I’m not a fan. I have a large family and don’t need threats of fines because my siblings or their children are parked a few inches near a no parking zone.
