I really like this video LaTonya, the fit and finishes throughout were done right and for some reason I really took a liking to the refrigerator. The knurling handles really set them off as did the exhaust vent over the stove. None of it was your typical (even for high end) things you would see in a home. Excellent video as always, giving us the details!

That back yard took me by surprise. That tall fence and saltwater pool with direct access to the garage and Masterbedroom was very impressive! Did the porch have a retractable screen?

If it did, I didn't have the remote for it. It was open when I got there.

I think once the price gets into the millions the builders should be working with a professional design firm from start to finish. Many of these custom homes in the Raleigh area are simply that...custom. They are nice in some ways, but are not fine homes.

When do realtors start calling out these builders? Builder grade carpet, 1950's outlets, MDF plywood closets, blotchy low grade wood stain on cabinets, etc, etc. HVAC venting out of a $400k home. They have a good design and some good elements but it's like they cant shut off the 1980's build quality. This is $3m in Raleigh there should be zero excuses. So you tell your clients what great quality it is right? Maybe learn what quality is and know what your selling.

3mil….I don’t think so. Busy corner lot….better be fenced in. Small rooms….ceilings look low….interior floors and doors look dated. Staircase floats, but still boring. Overlooks neighbors roofs….No luxury for price. 500k….maybe 600k
