How would you know while preparing your house for sale, that one particular buyer who comes to view the house wants to entertain lots of friends and wants to have a home office ? It well could be a retired person who likes solitude and dreams of a spacious craft room. It could be a woman who loves to dress up and wants an entire additional room for her dresses instead of having it as an office. Plenty of various scenarios are possible.
