Buy an RV. You become ungovernable, can go anywhere you want, you pay insurance rather than rent, and you stop relying on others, which stops people from taking advantage of you. That's what i did and am doing, and it works for me.

Everyone is different. How would you know while preparing your house for sale, that one particular buyer who comes to view the house wants to entertain lots of friends and wants to have a home office ? It well could be a retired person who likes solitude and dreams of a spacious craft room. It could be a woman who loves to dress up and wants an entire additional room for her dresses instead of having it as an office. Plenty of various scenarios are possible.

Yes I completely agree with these! Especially the Mulch! I’ve viewed so many homes with my clients and surprisingly enough not having this can be a deal breaker
