I'm from Spain and don't worry, Harry, here people don't wear Loewe either because it's luxurious. Take a look at the perfumes, they are very good fragrances and more affordable. Specifically, I adore Loewe's Essence
Harry, I absolutely love your content! There are maybe a million other TH-camrs out there regurgitating only on affordable basics, etc., which frustrates someone who wants to step up a bit in their style. Your content OTOH stood out so much to me as you inspire me with ideas from higher-end brands than I typically would consider myself. It's literally eye-opening. I guess statistically speaking this type of content would attract less audience but hey I appreciate the unique interestingness of your content and the willingness to share what you find interesting. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your videos!
I tend to mix in brands like Ralph Lauren,COS, and Uniqlo with higher end brands I wear such as Yohji Yamamoto and Ann Demeulemeester. I can get some really nice wide trousers that pair perfectly with a Yohji jacket or shirt for a fraction of the cost.
Hi Harry, just to say that you´ve been one of my favourite youtubers at the moment! Love your content and I see that you have a big knowledge about fashion and you combine with some kind of humour in to it and i just love it! Keep doing a great work my friend :)
Love the new vid as always, dude. Would recommend to switch out Levi's for Nudie Jeans. Also, who would have thought you'd be on the anime scene; you've gone up the TH-cam tier!
Yes Harry! I've dreaming of a couple of Loewe pieces, keeping my eye on the sales everyday. Also completely agree with your comments about Ami. Reminds me of CDG.. they've cornered themselves a bit with their designs and when the hype starts to die down they might struggle to get noticed again.
I have there green heart cardigan which I love! But also just bought there leather jacket in the sale and it is unbelievable, the cut down to the materials used!
I think me and you should get some mate. It’s still pretty pricey in the sale though isn’t it. I know what you mean about AMI. Thanks for watching dude
Awesome video Harry, thanks for putting us on. I have a request/suggestion. In your “WHY YOU LOOK BAD IN JACKETS” video, you briefly mentioned how to spot the quality of a well made jacket. I think a series on how to tell if an article of clothing is made well could be very beneficial for viewers and your channel. No one really talks about stuff like that.
Urban Outfitters, Urban star jeans, H&M, Gucci, love me some basic black or white tees from Old Navy, London Fog, doc martens, and a lot of my wardrobe is thrifted also.
Todd Synder, Ralph Lauren, Uniqlo, have been some of my recent pickups. My wardrobe is looking pretty nice for colder months, but I have to start over on summer stuff because I went cheap last summer and they all didn't hold up well/fit poorly.
Was just about to say ARKET doesn’t make filler pieces. But went to their website and looked, and you are right. Think it was just one of when they made the eye popping orange jumper years ago that, is one of my favorite pieces in my wardrobe
all about mixing and matching - going high and low. lots of statement pieces from saint laurent, dior, balmain, d&g, and tom ford at the high end, kenzo, acne studios, ami, boss, g-star, scotch & soda and rag and bone at the mid-tier, then uniqlo, cotton on, nike, zara, adidas and top man for the low-end asics.
Harry, I'd like to know your opinion on those popular fast fashion retail stores, like H&M, Zara, Bershka, PullandBear, etc, regarding which ones you may or may not like and why. Great vid as always. Thanks:)
If you live in India, then Levi’s would fall in your ‘affordable’ section. Their jeans cost about $40-50, and it can go as low as $20 with seasonal offers and sales as opposed to here in Europe or UK where i find it slightly more pricier.
Lovely video (again)! I am always in love with Acne, Ami and Arket. Hopefully for you, the brand Filippa K will soon enter UK markets. One of my favorite brands out there. I know you will love it too!
I got a Loewe houndstooth car coat from Vestiaire Collective for 600 EUR, I think original price is like 2k+? There's a lot of brand new unworn stuff there. You should check it out!
I want to add some more brands to the list : For high tier : Belstaff For mid tier : Diesel , All Saints , Saint Laurent, Marco Polo (low mid tier ) I really like polos and English styles , but sometimes I want something extra with good quality .
I’d love to see you do some budget challenge type videos, where you try to create several outfits (in your Harry Has style) under $100 total or something like that - maybe thrifting and then making them your style, etc. 🤷🏻♂️
I know you're not particularly into work wear, but a video on some UK/European heritage brands might be cool. We see a lot of American brands in this genre over here, but not much from across the way.
I have a bunch of Levis jeans and they are pretty nice :) Also have quite a bit from G-star, I'm short and often my shoulders are too wide for size S, but M is too big. With G-star that's not an issue at all.
Love your videos! Thanks for keeping it real! I can afford most luxury brands but OMG why spend that when you can spend “this!” Lol I won’t hesitate to wear an authentic pair of LV shoes and pair them with a replica LV coat! No joke! Lol ,Recommended *amzclothes*

Great video! I wonder, why no one mentions Woolrich as a mid-high range brand and Marc O'polo as a mid-low one. I wish we have Woolrich boutique in my country to try on their clothes before buying and Marc O'polo seems to be a COS brother, but with spiciness
Great list, thanks! As for Ghibli you pronounce it with J, like in John. This is how Japanese says that anme and I was saying it with G before and they couldn't understand. Also Maison Margiela - Maison is not a name. It is french for House. The best is to look it up on YT how to pronounce that.
Everyone knows the majority of the more affordable brands and I’ve covered them all so much in other videos. It was nice to talk about the higher end brands I’m passionate about
Alright Harry? Great video as always! Just to let you know, everyone here in pronounces Ghibli as "jee-boo-lee" or "ジブリ" as it's how it's written and pronounced in Japanese. Hope that helps! Also, personally I've always been super in Saint Laurent because the cut and style is just always so smart and it never goes off-trend, so to speak. I'd go for Jil Sander/Gucci (surprised that this was in your list lol) if I want something more playful I suppose. For the mid-high tier I'd always go for Y-3, Issey Miyake or WTAPS. Maybe I'll start cooking meth one of these days to be able to afford everything. Also slightly surprised A.P.C was't on your video, they're all the rage these days. Anyways, keep on smashing it with these videos!
Thanks a lot bro. Love Saint Laurent but I don’t really have the physique for a lot of it I feel. Good list of brands there mate. 😂😂😂 The meth part. I like APC but it’s a bit plain and simple for me and the cuts are a bit too safe.
i love zara origins and studio collections, massimo dutti, tommy hilfiger heritage collection, polo ralph lauren (polo bear collections), kenzo, calvin klein jeans ,yeah it sounds like generic fast food stuff but i love them.
Two good brands that I own some pieces from that would be in the low-mid range is A Days March and Samsoe Samsoe. But I have pieces from all hig-mid to affordable, and they are my go to.
Hey Harry, I was looking on Uniqlo last night and it didn't appear that they had any slim fit t shirts. Is there another brand that you'd recommend that has good quality slim fit tees? Thank you!
Maybe because I am like 35+ and have pretty tone-down style, I can’t recommend Giorgio Armani enough. Find them in the outlet since GA will have their previous season on sale with items 60% off even 70% off. And of course, GA offers the most amazing material and cut you can get. You have to try them on to know how amazing they look and feel.
The thing with COS and Arket that you have to remember is that they are Swedish brands. And Swedish culture is all about simplicity and functionality. As the Swedes say, “Lagom”-not too much, not too little. Just right. So while COS and Arket might seem boring and like they are not taking risks, that’s just because the Swedish Way is all about blending in and not standing out. Take a trip to Stockholm and pretty much everyone dresses the same-stylish, but simple and functional.
Yes, I am aware about that and that’s not what I meant by boring. They are still on this list. They are just boring at the moment compared to what they were doing a couple of years ago
I 100% agree, COS has gotten stuck in a rut. They really need to push the envelope just a bit more in terms of silhouette and shapes. They’re playing it super safe lately. It’s gotten boring.
Are you familiar with Our Legacy ? I love their boots !! Not cheap, but not Gucci/Prada expensive either. I'm sure those will be a good investment as they'll probably last years.
@@HarryHas I prefer their boots, the clothes looked a little bit too much like M&S for my liking (M&S are great btw, it's just for the price of Our Legacy I'd expect something a little less basic)
Recently I really dig some of those more standard mid/high menswear brands like Ralph Lauren, Lacoste, Hackett or Tommy Hilfiger. People claim that they are way overpriced for the quality you get. However, if you buy second hand it is quite the opposite. They drop in price once they are used. But after that, they hold their value pretty well because there are lots of potential buyers. Some of my favorite College Jackets, cardigans or other knitwear pieces are from those brands. I even got myself two Polo bear sweaters. Bought them for less than 50€ and I am pretty sure that I could sell them for the same price within a few days if I do not like them anymore.
They don’t excite me much and I find them pretty pricey for what you get. I also read they aren’t as sustainable as they come across. Not a bad brand but not for me
Yes, that’s correct. I love Saint Laurent and appreciate Brunello but they aren’t my style. I would happily wear Saint Laurent if I had the frame for their style of clothing. These are brands that suit my current style that I love
@Harry Has I don't have the frame for Saint Laurent either, I just like their boots. I do feel Brunello Cuccineli is for more mature, older, and sophisticated men, so I see then as a brand I aspire to grow into if that makes sense.
I don't believe you should ever buy too cheap. It's normally terrible quality. I would recommend to buy second hand over cheap new. Buy cheap, buy twice
Prada, Jill Sander, the Row for me. Lemaire😍, studio Nicholson is amazing and English and Acne in the high mid. Cos with the same comments. Arket I find dissatisfying in terms of quality.
Although I can’t afford the high-end brands, I really liked the jerseys from Loewe’s recent show, especially that blue one. I think the Gucci vibe the last few years has been ugly and tasteless, but I’m curious to see what their new director will do.
Love LOWE myself, especially their simpler pieces. But I can’t afford it. I find some of their stuff more expensive than some of the very high end brands people normally think of as high end.
What’s your current favourite brand?
Heliot Emil
