This is Taiwanese traditional dessert called "bai - tang - tsun (白white糖candy蔥scallion/pulled candy)". The name scallion because it is hollow and white just like scallion.(Actually I think more like celery). It is very crunchy but taste like cotton candy.
It started out as thick honey, then turned to strands of fine gold, then finally to a ribbon of sunlight made tangible. Truly a master indeed. I would love to get my hands on this sunlight candy

且傳統顧名思義就在較早年代 衛生觀念不說 他們也沒塑膠手套
而且其他食物也就算了,製作熱度這麼高的食物如果還戴塑膠手套,那根本只會吃到滿滿的塑化劑啊!
