@FEC Multimedia 只能说是语言的融合吧，我是浙江人，温州的方言和饮食也有福建的影子，潮汕离福建比较近，说话有点像广东口音的闽南话，又不完全像，另外汉以前福建和广东都属于百越，那时候省份也和现在不一样，公元前闽南和粤北有可能是一个诸侯国。

看到年邁的店主腰有裝護腰,以及拉糖那強韌的手勁,且即使成品做這麼多但淘汰掉的部分還是超過60%以上(請仔細看實際包裝的數量,只有筆直且不凹凸才會篩檢合格),有總看到匠人精神的感覺,真心佩服這個店主.

This is Taiwanese traditional dessert called "bai - tang - tsun (白white糖candy蔥scallion/pulled candy)". The name scallion because it is
hollow and white just like scallion.(Actually I think more like celery). It is very crunchy but taste like cotton candy.

而且其他食物也就算了，製作熱度這麼高的食物如果還戴塑膠手套，那根本只會吃到滿滿的塑化劑啊！
