      Up until 6 months ago, I had no problem with immigration. But a friend of mine sent me a video to watch and it opened my eyes. So with the last 6 months I have researched a lot of this immigration across Europe and it quite frightening. Its funny how all other religions can co exist together but not Islam. All other religions are peaceful, like Hindus,Sheikh and Buddhists. My own country Ireland is taken in loads of Muslims. We have opened to doors to our very destruction and its a case of the blind leading the blind. I just hope peoples eyes will open before its too late. But as I said most people, (white) are afraid to speak out for fear of getting labelled racist

    There's a mosque not too far from the corner that you can pray in.
    There're other spaces in the park that you can occupy for a couple minutes and then return to the park.
    Have some adab and think about your actions.

    The police officers are being admirably reasonable. Yet, the 'instigators' continue to put forward lame arguments. The royal parks' laws must be adhered to. These so called 'Muslims' are not about the faith, more about politics.

    • @sonofsomerset1695
      @sonofsomerset1695 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Far too reasonable, it's not their job to debate regulations, only to enforce them, by debating you encourage arguments because they think it's not compulsory.
      Tell them to stop, tell them why, that's it, you dont have to justify.
      If they refuse to stop you remove/arrest them.

    It is a Royal Park ...Property of Rayality "The Queen" not a public property . And it is the royal order not to pray in congregation.
    It is like if someone comes in your front garden outside your home private property and starts praying. So adhere to the policy guys and chill .

If ur gona pray on streets park etc then they will start to question if we should stop building mosques are they are not being utilised. So come on brothers think smart and sharp. Jus read in mosque. If u have been pray in for past 5 years in park well pray in mosque now.

Why are these people allowed to be masked?Everyone is allowing these people (including the police) to get away with it, if they come up against people that have been trained (by our armed services) and they understand the laws of England they would see a very different out come. Islamic mentality is antidemocratic in its core. Do you think these muslims really care about freedom in this case? The best approach is to NOT make them feel victimised, and at the same time, politely but fiercely attack their ideology.

  • @Goutetsuuk
    @Goutetsuuk 6 ปีที่แล้ว +11

    So let me understand....someone (Royal Parks) owns and maintains the park and sets rules for their own property to be observed by those who use their property.
    Regardless if people have been going against the rules for X amount of years, it's respectful to observe the rules for someone's property, which this should be observed by all faith groups.
    As one of the officers said you can pray outside of the park. Why, because you're not restricted and not overstepping the rules of someone's property.
    Is the issue praying or praying in that particular space in London?

    • @dkhan3233
      @dkhan3233 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Goutetsuuk so if it's private property then the police a public body can't police this then the park must get private security to enforce park policy like park police.

    • @Goutetsuuk
      @Goutetsuuk 6 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      D Khan hello, I think with that logic you would be correct. However the park as well as others are owned by the crown (currently the queen) which the parks are managed by the charity Royal Parks on behalf of the government.
      If I understand correctly the rules are not laws but are to be observed and followed. I assume this can be enforced by police if the rules are broken; the police do belong to the government and are given powers to enforce the law, protect people and property.
      Being that, it all belongs to the government anyway, they (ultimately) choose how the parks are run and governed.
      I could be wrong with all this however, but it's a small understanding I have, someone who knows law could clarify better
      Here is what Royal Parks say, check 4th paragraph:
      www.royalparks.org.uk/about-us/who-we-are

    • @dkhan3233
      @dkhan3233 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Goutetsuuk I know law very well and the police can not govern on private land unless the common law has been broken or the owner has asked for the person to leave and they have refused.
      It's basically the same as being in tescos and driving in the car park without licence the police can not arrest unless you crashed damaged or caused alarm and stress to someone.

    • @Goutetsuuk
      @Goutetsuuk 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      D Khan Thanks for clarifying. So are Parks private property open to the public?
      If it is, then it belongs to the government, but really the public pay for the park via taxes and sorts so technically it should belong to the public allowing them to do as they wish.....I doubt that's the case but just wondering.
      Overall it doesn't seem clear what is to be observed or how to do so. Even the police in the video need to get further directions.
      There may be a point that this goes to court to determine how the park can be used

    • @dkhan3233
      @dkhan3233 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Goutetsuuk
      Yes all land is owned by the queen regardless of free hold ownership or a leasehold they are just the maintainers of the land the queen always owned the land.
      Parks in general are paid by taxes so generally speaking they are kept sectarian/neutral.
      If it went to court it would just be a massive circus with viable arguments and silly arguments on both sides but underlining human rights as the UK normally confirmed to this in high regards hence the real reason alot of good folk come here for asylum is to be free and do as they please aslong as it's not harming anyone so generally a peaceful prayer should be completely fine aslong as they are not causing anyone alarm and distress which I can't see that causing.
      This is a very big political publicity circus.

    RELIGIOUS ACTIVITY IN THE ROYAL PARKS
    The Royal Parks (TRP) does not permit collective acts of worship or other
    religious observances in the TRP estate, either in their own right or as part of
    a demonstration, event or other activity. This includes spoken or sung
    communal prayers or other events that are primarily religious in focus.
    Exceptions are made for annual acts of remembrance at the regimental
    memorials in the Parks, which have taken place since the First World War.
    As a public body, it is not the place of The Royal Parks to make value
    judgments between one religious observance and another. We must either
    permit all collective religious observances or refuse them all. Our approach is
    to continue to refuse all such observances on the grounds that they are not
    traditional park-related activities and the disadvantages to the public at large of
    allowing them would almost certainly outweigh the benefits to adherents of a
    particular religion or belief. The policy extends to the construction of
    structures within the estate with a religious significance.
    Cultural events that do not include collective religious activity are permitted
    subject to the standard approval process.
