I have been on Maintenance Monitoring for the past 6 years. Gleason Score 3+3 now 3+4. For the last five years I have been religious with Wheat Grass Juice 6 to 8 oz's a day I have been monitoring with MRI, Biopsy and most recently PET SCANs thank goodness no metastases....
I migrated from the United States to Ecuador 🇪🇨. I presently live in Quito. My chiropractor here told me to drink an ice-cold glass of Pilsener beer, brewed here in Ecuador, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. This is to control inflammation. Not only do I not have a prostate issue despite a PSA of 14.47, but I no longer have any inflammation in my left knee anymore, which was from a high school soccer injury. I am age 66 and really enjoy living here in Ecuador. The food is great because they do not put all of the $#it in their food here like they do in the United States. I came here weighing 228 lbs. I now weigh 165 lbs. all natural and healthy weight loss just from eating the food. I am doing "Active Surveillance" for my PSA issue. I would not consent to a biopsy. An MRI that I had done one year ago did show a 1.5 cm lieson on the lower right side of my prostate gland. Two urologists told me that I needed surgery (radical prosectomy), followed by chemo and radiation. Even with all of that, one said that I'd be dead in ten years. High PSA is a very unreliable indicator of cancer, in fact it's useless. However a gleason score of 3/4 from a biopsy is really quite low and in Canada they would recommend watchful waiting. What you really must do is lower your blood sugar and insulin levels. I know its hard but get off the sugar and carbs.
Red wine(resveratrol) and a chunk of smelly blue cheese (spermadine) are a good synergistic combination for inducing autophagy. Is autophagy good for prostate cancer, who knows?
Autophagy is said to be related with the removing, recycling and regenerating of the dead cells and in that sense it should have an impact on the general health.

Hard to answer despite the many anecdotes on the internet from people saying they cured themselves from cancer through diet and lifestyle. Clinically, I can say many people manage their disease extremely well for a long time with excellent quality of life through lifestyle medicine and much of the evidence supports that statement as well.
And they are all opinions, this one says do this, the other one says do that, at the end of the day, if their is no more qaulity life and enjoyment, what are one living for, to say you are still breathing?

A good red wine with approximately 8X more resveratrol than most sea level wines is a Malbec from Northern Argentina and grown at high altitudes (5,500 ft to 8,500 ft). As the grape survives in these harsh climates they have an abundance of resveratrol in the grape skins. An additional benefit of these high altitude wine terroirs is a lack of lack of bugs, toxins, etc. Essentially they are ‘naturally organic’. High altitude Malbec = medicine…. You be the judge.

Hi Mathew I had my prostate removed ,and my psa was rising .if it continues I would have to be referred to an oncologist. It gets very emotional for me everytime I have to do the blood test.i tried to cut out sugar and eat as raw as possible supplements like ginger garlic tumeric and much more exercise breathing sessions. I think we do need a support group sharing our experiences .I also think there are genuine cases of cancer but the doctor has to keep you coming back so it more about preservation rather than prevention and cure ,also what's strange are ,suddenly there are a host of doctors with videos of treatments where were they all along,anyone reading my comment let's hunt in packs and I am certain we would conquer cancer

I ask because I have a good friend who recently underwent 2 biopsies. He is in so much pain and discomfort now that he wishes for death. He's only 58. He says if he could do it over he would not have submitted to the biopsies and would have taken his chances. Do you feel the same? I have heard it's a brutal operation having a prostatectomy. Decades ago a Vietnamese woman who is a natural health expert told me that Ice Tea made with black tea causes your prostate to enlarge. And myself and my carpenter partner only drank ice tea instead of soda, and yes, we both ended up with enlarged prostates. 🙄☹

I lived as raw foodest for 10 years. Then covid happened and cancer came back with vengeance, psa 700. Hospitalized 4 times in 2022-2023. Then started Xtandi and juicing again! 40 ounces day. Now my psa is at .10 ! Sorry but I’m strong believer in juicing and non sugar smoothies. I read 40 books over the past 14 years on health nutrition. I’m strong believer in juicing. I use no fruits in it except Granny Smith apple. It’s helping me tremendously with my energy, workout 6 times a week. My weight was 96 Lb in February 2023. Now I’m at 138. With 6 lb of muscle gain. 😊
I am glad that you are doing well with juicing. What in COVID pandemic sparked your cancer again? Did you get it and it woke up your cancer cells, you think.
My PSA results were quite high after drinking 100% grassfed organic milk, grassfed butter, and cottage cheese for three months. I am currently trying to steer clear of dairy products. Intermittent fasting for six months resulted in me losing a significant amount of weight. I desire to gain some weight. What foods are suitable for my enlarged prostate? Is it safe for me to consume whey protein after a workout due to an enlarged prostate?
Beware of coffee if you have any kind of stomach acidity problem, such as Barretts. Coffee is the first thing my doctors took me off of. Even decaf needs to be consumed in moderation. Otherwise Dr. Geo makes some good points.
I drink coffee and tea just before bed sometimes, never have any problems sleeping. I work hard in the elements, so I sleep like a log regardless of weather or not I drink late night coffee or tea.

Melchior from Wewak and I started experiencing prostate problems since 1998. Two weeks ago I went through Ultrasound scan and it was found that Prostate Focal Nodular Hyperplasia. I have yet to be diagnosed but started with Turmeric
I was diagnosed of prostate cancer into my semivesicual in 2010 at 46. UCLA, USC and Lima Linda hospital encouraged me for chemo. I did not of that, just started juicing. I lived as raw foodest for 10 years. Then covid happened and cancer came back with vengeance, psa 700. Hospitalized 4 times in 2022-2023. Then started Xtandi and juicing again! 40 ounces day. Now my psa is at .10 ! Sorry but I’m strong believer in juicing and non sugar smoothies. I read 40 books over the past 14 years on health nutrition. I’m strong believer in juicing. I use no fruits in it except Granny Smith apple. It’s helping me tremendously with my energy, workout 6 times a week. My weight was 96 Lb in February 2023. Now I’m at 138. With 6 lb of muscle gain. 😊
I am glad that you are doing well with juicing. What in COVID pandemic sparked your cancer again? Did you get it and it woke up your cancer cells, you think.
My PSA results were quite high after drinking 100% grassfed organic milk, grassfed butter, and cottage cheese for three months. I am currently trying to steer clear of dairy products. Intermittent fasting for six months resulted in me losing a significant amount of weight. I desire to gain some weight. What foods are suitable for my enlarged prostate? Is it safe for me to consume whey protein after a workout due to an enlarged prostate?

Beware of coffee if you have any kind of stomach acidity problem, such as Barretts. Coffee is the first thing my doctors took me off of. Even decaf needs to be consumed in moderation. Otherwise Dr. Geo makes some good points.

I drink coffee and tea just before bed sometimes, never have any problems sleeping. I work hard in the elements, so I sleep like a log regardless of weather or not I drink late night coffee or tea.
The elements are WEATHER ! In OTHER words ,YOU sleep like a dog (WHETHER) or NOT ! .

I think Kukicha is a type of green tea, but I am not sure. it may be a good tea to drink. Stay well.
I have heard that matcha green tea is good for general health.
Also, white tea and black tea are very good choices for anticancer.

Try Green Tea with Pomegranate Juice 100% no sugar added. Pomegranates is known to destroy cancer cells. With this combination it’s a double attack‼️
It's been quite helpful for me I have always fear taking coffee because of the negatives said about it but from your health talk, I am adding coffee green tea Ginger honey and lot of water.

Green tea but did not specify what kind.. Matcha green tea is the best for prostate…coffee was mentioned thats good but there is not exact explanation why? Only anout to lower the insulin😂..
