I made the natural colored flag. It was much easier with carving the stars because when you’re carving them out it left some dark colors in the stars so Indidn’t have to torch them. Came out freaking awesome.
Awesome videos!!! I’ve started making them a couple of weeks ago!! I made a chard one last week but instead of carving or painting the stars I put the star stencil in place & scraped the stars with a wire brush! Came out great!!!!
This flag is so cool, I like the white stripes as opposed to the natural wood color, also this flag would look great as a " Blue Line " flag with that Blue going together with the Black/ White. Great job as always. I am going to make one of these, and 5 Mini flags today, have all the wood cut, now just need to do the edges. Thanks for all your great ideas Max. BTW, never was able to figure out that US outline stencil. Dang It!

@@MaxF01 Yes Max, I'm just not computer savvy, I got as far as it showing on the paint part of it, I just couldn't figure out how to enlarge it. Oh well. I made 6 mini flags today with the roughed up edges, they look so much better. I have gotten a lot of ideas from you. I'm moving back to Arizona in July, maybe I will meet you someday. Hey Max I have watched a lot of your flag videos and noticed that you use the semi transparent stain, i have found that the solid color minwax stain works alot better because you don't have to do as many coats. Wish you the best on your projects Love the white one!
Another excellent job. I like the unstained whit stripes better, both both flags are amazing. Congratulations on 10 Grand!! Keep doing such a great job and 20 Grand won't be too far off.
Its always good to see how you inspire people to make stuff. Love the cut list. For suggestions maybe look at epoxying the flags with a table top finish. It takes a little longer that poly but the gloss is awesome.

Can you make a Canadian flag secret compartment medium size. Would like to buy one if you can. Or even a batman or superman symbol. Will be great and appreciated

Very nice flag as usual.
I use a spay tack and put my stencil on then use my dremail. But you have have your bit just lower than the stencil.

As long as it's completely dry you shouldn't have a problem. Personally I'd put a coat of clear over it just to be on the safe side
