      I’m a teacher and head coach. This information stands the test of time, but does the phone number? There’s nothing but victims who have so many things wrong inside their thinking and emotions. I saw you on JRP and I have been subscribed to your channel for a while and I can’t stress this enough how important this info is. Thanks Patrick. I want to fire my entire coaching staff right now but I can’t fire them. They threaten to quit and I wish they would. Undermine my authority and change my schedules and are arrogantly argumentative. Do you have stuff for regaining control of your team? I’ll look at critical conversation 📖 . Thank you!

    I can relate to this from a business owner myself. Where from there's so much negativity in my area that employing people is neon impossible to find someone who isn't negative. So I threw my building business in because I couldn't find anyone to employ positive thinking. I also got sick of coaxing to bring the positives out of people. I'm a buillder not a frigging psychologist which to be a boss you have to be.Now I just work by myself it's easier.

    I didn't realize how many negative ppl I work with. Wow! I've helped others to be more positive and learning of what the issue is before victimizing themselves. Thanks for sharing this. I now have a bttr picture of what I've dealt with in my team and will start doing.

    thank god this video this channel exists so many valuable lessons on how to deal with people and to keep yourself in check i tell you i was a victim myself for a long time and i still am by default it requires a hell of a lot of strength of character to actually be conscious enough to not fall into a victim mentality and let yourself become vulnerable and to even change somebody else's attitude towards life is one hell of a way to influence a person yet probably the most common because there are very few truly conscious individuals but I'm again trying to work on that and I will not give up despite the fact that i had it in habit to give up non stop i never wanted to elaborate on anything was afraid of learning dropped out of high school gonna be back in January now I'm trying to get a job along with this and this is truly a great i also today was maybe the first or second time i have finally change my father's view and now this formula appeared oh god Patrick you have no idea how grateful I am this goddamn algorithm got me onto your videos and onto Jordan Peterson and the books by Robert Greene truly life-changing shit over here I'm glad people like that exist you transform lives of many people and i love you for that

  • @clarkbolding5161
    @clarkbolding5161 7 ปีที่แล้ว +8

    idle minds can easily over think and create problems that don't exist, when you're a victim they spew negativity and bring others down with them, they will always have problems, get to the root of the problem promptly, adjust to their response by wither letting them go or give them a break for clarity, monitor those that they work around and see if they're rubbing off on others, most of all follow up after you give them feedback, it very well could be someone who shouldn't be working for you

    Mr David you're blessed with the ability of analyzing stuff so well and then to actually communicate it with people so effectively, bless you, you could've been a real good psychologist in another life lol cause you can just give a reality slap to someone in the first few minutes and be done with the advice in 5, and save people the huge costs of affording a psychologist and yet never really have that brutally honest reality check which can actually change them for the better!

    Your advice helps to put things in perspective..., and now we're heading in the right direction as a company.
    p.s.: thanks for pronouncing my name correctly, haha. You're one of the few who can do that (just seen how much that matters after finishing the book "How to win friends and influence people").
