2 sons grew up with an alcoholic Father. When they were older, one Brother grew up to be a drunk, the other grew up and never had a drink. When the Brother who was a drunk was asked why he drank so much, his answer - ".....I watched my Father". When the son who never drank was asked why he never drank, his response - "...I watched my Father". Remember this - Good or Bad, we are all examples!!!

Man so much you're saying here is spot on to me, and something I think about often especially in the generational paterns part of the video. I'm an American married to a Brazilian girl and people seem to think it's crazy. Where I grew up there weren't any non-white people. My family has lived in that area before the USA was even officially the USA and the farm house that is still being used by family today was built in 1754.
I went into the marines for 4 years and worked with all kinds of people from all different backgrounds - black, white, asian, hispanic, everyone - and that aspect of the military where you work with people from completely different backgrounds in a team enviorment is something I think anyone can benefit from. People need to remove this hatred, racisim, pre-concieved ideas, ect from their lives and knock down the walls that they've put up that have prevented amazing relationships and prosperity.

What those that have "heard" him say, is that instead of doing all the talking when you pray, you should spend some time in quiet, waiting. It makes sense: if you're always talking, how do you expect to hear an answer. Now, to those who don't pray at all (myself included, although I'd like to), we can't expect not to feel distant or estranged from God, if we don't even try.

Hi, I am from Pakistan, I have been watching a lot of motivational videos for almost 10 years now. It has been difficult to understand the language and the msg behind them saying "Face your fears" and "make mistakes" words are very simple but there are so many explanations which I have missed. But you Sir, you did it the way I totally understand the msg, your worrds encouraged me to understand what FEAR really is and how should I FACE it. And "Make mistakes" means make a bold move. Thank you so much for your time and effort it helped me a lot. I listed my fears and I am setteling with myself one day at a time. Because I made an excel sheet of that, I can see my progress too LOL my words may suggest that I am a child or a teenage but I'm a 33 years old man married and father of 2 sons. I believe in getting better every day. PS this is my longest youtube comment ever until now.
