Amid domestic challenges and tensions with Kosovo, Serbia held snap parliamentary elections on Sunday. While the preliminary elections show a win for the incumbent government, the opposition appears to disagree, and disputes the outcome of the elections. In this video, we take a look at why Vucic called the elections, the results, and what another Vucic victory means for Serbia.

As a non-native speaker I must give compliment to this guy, as he's the easiest to understand.

  • @shadeblackwolf1508

Never boycott elections. All you do is say loud and proud that you give the vote to your opponent.

  • @MorningNapalm

Zack conversational presentation is very pleasant, when compared to Ben and Jack's more shouty approaches, bless their hearts.

  • @shibalover3394DE

This new narrator is doing a great job 👏

  • @ilijajankovic2706

As a Serbian man who is into politics, I am really fascinated how well you are informed.

I love the new guy, his quite yet articulate manner of explaining current events really hooked me up to him!

  • @SerpenTRyder

Pleasantly surprised he's not called VUKIK by the host.

Wow! I'm honestly surprised how amazingly good this video is and factually correct, well done guys, keep it up!

  • @RobLucci3

The international observers were united in that there were massive irregularities such as vote buying, forcing government workers and welfare users to vote, bussing in voters from all over with fictitious addresses so they can vote in the local Belgrade elections as well, etc ... All this while Vucic and SNS had over 90% of media space.

I feel if you like to switching commentators, you should also record the tldr intro, and commercial, for the new voice, to feel more natural.

As a Serbian love to see a western based media report on it!

  • @Lobanjolom

The December 17 early elections in Serbia were dominated by the decisive involvement of the President which, together with the ruling party’s systemic advantages, created unjust conditions, the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights (ODIHR) election observation mission told a media conference on Monday.

  • @markodjuric4282

It is a little bit simplified what you said. But in essence you are right. The so called right wing NADA (led by Law Faculty professor MiloÅĄ Jovanovic who was educated in Paris) is not at all that ,,extreme" as you put it, nor it is for Russia. It is for Serbia. And it is against EU and USA interference in Serbia's inner political life.

Honest critique, Zack needs to work on his cadence and tone somewhat, but overall he has a more down to Earth delivery, and his deeper voice suits the program well. I'd like to see more of him in the future.

  • @aswinbabu1213

I love this guy's hand movements and pronounciation. Hope we see him in more videos.

  • @TomSmith-jp1es

Finally a presenter that acts like he's narrating a news/political segment rather than doing a bad impression of an over-eager BBC documentary presenter.

  • @Alex-pu5lz

Very objective and precise reporting on the situation, thank you.
