I Can only Second this.
Because they are not relatable to your average Indian watching food videos on TH-cam. The elitist undertone is not going to be relatable to everyone. For most people, the only pizza accessible is dominos, it can come across as condescending to people.
I have studied in Italy for 3years and trust me the emotion towards pizza is so true...and this is exact genuine one you get there!!!
Every time I put ketchup on my pizza hereon, I will feel the weight of the let down on Davide's face. Discovered you guys recently and loving the content. Please keep it up!
But what to do. With the money I have and the shit dominos gives only ketchup can mask the god awful sauce they use

Just to add on.....madelines, though sponge cakes which are shaped like a shell are more often than not used in tiramisu, which instead uses ladyfingers or savoiardi which are crisp elongated finger shaped sponge. HOPE I don't get roasted for this. ♨️♨️
Indraneel, you are indeed absolutely correct. Ladyfingers or Savoiardi are used that absorb the moistrure just right.
Madelines are used when none of the above are available.
