The videography on this channel is 💯. And the hosts love for food is so relateable. Sid has a way of describing food that keeps me excited to hear what's he's gonna say every damn time😍 .
I see a lot of stupid channels hogging food with no background in travel and food having million subscribers and here we have 2 guys who know what they are talking and still such less appreciation, you guys deserve much more recognition 👍🏻

I stumbled upon it today, and have binge watched all of the videos. It's an instant connection with the channel( more with Sid & Shanky) .The knowledge and the love for food is visible.❤️ 👌 Proper Television (TLC) material 🔥🔥. Quality production

If its one thing that I have learnt from Sid and Shanky is that one needs to know 'what' is good food to showcase the same. Understanding food is tougher than one might think - unlike most YT channels whose idea of a food show is switching on the camera and eating. Brilliant stuff guys - if TLC was still relevant, is would be top draw on a 9 pm slot.
they would censor the fun parts. Maybe 11 pm slot :P

Beans with pork/beef is also found in Nagaland. I see a lot of ingredients in here that's also used in Manipuri cuisine and other northeastern states. Great to see that y'all pointed it out correctly 🔥

Great show - love the unpretentious presentation. Big mouths both for food and the comments but that's the charm.
One small observation - the video equipment chosen or the edit done later seems to make the colours go a bit dim or not as vivid. Just feel the video quality could have been adjusted to show the vibrancy of food on the table.
