So many comments of people asking why she couldn’t just lower her chair with the first desk. Here we go:
The old desk was too tall for her. She had to lift her chair up to reach it. She had a foot pillow, but nothing beats having proper posture and allowing your feet to rest on the ground.
The new desk can be height adjusted, below the height of the old desk. Now she can lower her chair to the proper height, allowing her feet to be planted on the ground.

I install office furniture and totally understand, sit/stand desks are almost a standard at certain places.

As someone who has switched to standing desk for my work, I’d recommend everyone to get one. Standing is better than sitting and the ability to adjust height is crucial for getting the perfect height for ideal posture.

Standing desks are essential for me, i was constantly having leg pain and after a few months it’s gone. It’s an upgrade for her health if she uses the computer alot which is WAY MORE valuable and important than just aesthetics if you want to live longer than 40 years

I just put the E7 Pro together and goodness is the desk so heavy. On carpet, without wheels, this is the hardest desk to move and adjust. Other than weight, which is a pro because it can handle a heavy load, I am obsessed with the desk. Great video btw!!

FYI to anyone using a sit/stand table. Make sure your wires are long enough for the highest setting especially if your PC is on the floor. Also make sure there's no obstruction above the desk.
Built our friend's desk and he put his PS5 behind his monitor but didn't realize there was a part of the book shelf that hung above it. His power cable was too short from the wall outlet and the bookshelf crushed a corner of his PS5 so now he can't use one of the covers because it's so bent.

Standing desks are so good. As a guitarist, it helps to give the guitar clearance; as my primary entertainment center in my bedroom, it's nice to have it raise to clear my end table so I can watch tv; as a vacuum cleaner, it's just nice to be able to lift the desk without picking it up.
Since I got the adjustable desk I have been standing while working/gaming for more than half a year straight without even needing for a chair to sit
I wouldn’t see anyone actually standing while gaming but it’s still a nice detail that could come in handy

The table is too small for me, the screens too close to your eyes, not a good thing, some people feel like dizzy using it, I got mine from ikea 200x180cm, I got two of them aligned together, nice to have that, share my exp with u

I wondered about that too. My hypothesis is that, while sitting, in order for her to reach the keyboard and mouse comfortably she had to raise the seat to a certain height and that raises her feet off of the ground.

Its for posture once its messed up, It locks to your thighs so your feet touch the ground which feels amazing after doing a work session when you dont feel like youve been in the wrong position. it sounds crazy til you try one

Don't forget to purchase a shock absorbing floor matt. We use them at my work and they make such a huge difference on the weight on your feet. Stand on one of these and you'll feel much more comfortable. If you haven't got one already that is.

So far so good!! It still looks brand new and I'd highly suggest this desk from Flexispot.
It looks like Flexispot used to make a PC holder but stopped making them. There's one for sale on Amazon made by Vivo, and it looks really solid w/ nearly 2k reviews. Might wanna check out that alternative!
