Overall, this house is a 9/10. My only complaint is the master bath was a little bit of a letdown. From the rest of the house, I figured the master bath would be overly lavish, but it was just an “eh”. The fixtures, countertop and how compartmentalized everything is makes it less than desirable - at least to me.
I have to agree the siding doesn't do this beautiful how justice, however I know that can be be changed. Absolutely love the interior and layout. Also, props to the person/people who staged it.
My only problem with this is where the refrigerator and microwave are located, but I could MAYBE overlook that since the master bedroom closet is so nice.
Love the home, however, the laundry room should be by the kitchen would make more sense. Carrying groceries from the back door to far to go to the kitchen, taking trash out through the living room something could be leaking and my husband dirty clothes and shoes from working in the yard.... lol can't have no crab and seafood pot in this house....

The brown was nice in the shower, although i really prefer the river rocks. That's up to taste. The kitchen I'd raise the vent hood and add a pot filler if available. I, personally like more open concept, but that's me. I would like to see some dish drawers, or built in dish racks. The master closet was wonderful. The Helicon 2.0 was actually the house that bought me to chances channel back in 2020. Ive been wondering if there was an upgraded version. Im so excited for this video! Def my fav home 🎉🎉
Oh okay see the price . For that price you do better getting into a home brand news homes in my area start at lower price than this manufacturer home . Starts around 200’s here in SC . I thought manufacturer homes were supposed to be cheaper… that’s weird . Thanks for showing tho .
The coat closet isn't really that big. It doesn't matter how far back you walk , the rod is only the length of a regular small coat closet. And you can't use the space in front or you wouldn't be able to get to the hanging coats. 😁
Very nice house but pretty expensive when you factor in the fact you have to add in the LAND cost. I did like most of it. Coat closet. Pantry. Sink in the laundry room. Huge bedrooms compared to most. Toilet and tub separate from sink in hall bath. Huge master bedroom and Wowee closet. The master bath was a real let down. It’s not set up well. I did like the fact the water closet had a window. The one other thing I was not a fan of is the fact the dining area was small. I think I would have rather had cabinets along that wood wall, with the stovetop and double wall oven, moved the island closer to that and moved the sink under the window and opened up that entire wall where the sink was and have a big dining room table. You have all that room in the house and a tiny eating space. Where’s the grandparents and cousins and all of the family gonna sit on holidays? It would be cool to see this house with a family room addition off the living room, with glass doors that slide into the wall, and have the family room have a fire place. I’m a big basement fan so I’m always looking for a floor plan that could be made with a basement. Ya need a gym area and a craft area!!
