That makes no sense. First of all, wheat is almost entirely non-gmo (for now) and pesticides on the outside of the seed have no impact on it's gluten content, which will be uneffected by it's being sprouted or not. Either you have a gluten allergy and you should never eat wheat, or you want to avoid pesticides (which literally everyone should), neither of those are effected by this being sprouted bread. The nutrients will be slightly more bioavailable, but that's mostly it. I'm not into this hyper carnivore stuff so I would still eat it, because it's non-gmo and I do fine with wheat, so I don't really care, but your reasoning was nonsensical.

As an Ayurvedic diet and lifestyle coach and a herbalist I believe this bread is fine. Some of the best bread you can get in my opinion actually and the only bread I use. Non-gmo and organic as well meaning no pesticides and disruption of the prana or life-force of the food. I believe a balanced diet tailored to your specific constitutional disposition is important. A lot of people nowadays don’t take that into account, as well as environmental factors, unique physiology, psychology etc. I also believe there isn’t enough long term evidence to support the carnivore diet being better than every other diet as many on it boast. People go to extremes with diet when balance is rooted in balance not extremes unless you are really sick and need to get your body, mind and soul back into balance. Everyone has something that works for them at the end of the day and it’s important to maintain a state of proper/good health and feel great. Paul feels great with what he does. I’m glad he does. I feel great with what I do. I hope many of you do as well. Too many people however seem to view content, read things, instead of doing their own conductive research, listen to their own body, and have the intelligence and audacity to think for themselves. You should be your own physician. At the end of the day I believe it’s still very important to eat bioavailable food best you can, sustainable, organic, non-gmo, grass fed/finished foods, not use seed oils, etc.

I want you to do a full in-depth research on sprouting and testing of the levels of phytic acid and other anti-nutrients with sprouted grains.
We need to be right about what is healthy and why. They were wrong about saturated fats and cholesterol, so red meat, cheese, etc.
We cannot do the same thing here.
What if sprouting and certain grains like einkorn are actually very good for us.

    • @sebastianwehler3218
      @sebastianwehler3218 7 หลายเดือนก่อน

Here is the truth for you from someone with a lot of extensive research and personal experience under his belt. Take it or leave it, free will. Sprouted grains are the most healthy thing that you can put inside of your body. There is no competition. The sprouting process heightens vitamin and mineral content up to 500%. Its pure life force because its actually alive unlike meat, which is a dead carcass. Phytic acid is being removed almost entirely in the sprouting process. Not to mention that this whole debate about phytic acid and anti-nutrients is FAR misunderstood in all of mainstream science. Seeds in general are very good for you. Apple seeds, pear seeds, grape seeds, avocado seeds, apricot seeds etc, literally all seeds. They are not toxic whatsoever. If they were i should have died a million deaths by now. The 2 apricot seeds per day disclaimer is pure BS. Seeds store all of the energy and information that it needs to grow into a full tree or bush. There is nothing more healthy on this planet than sprouted seeds, but believe as you wish. This is coming from someone who was given the death sentence due to cancer, they told me if i dont go along with their treatment i would have a maximum of 5 years left, well that was 10 years ago and i have not been healthier than i am right now. I took it all into my own hands and im still alive. There is so much disinformation out there, its insane. Sprouted seeds are insanely healthy for you. Don't even consider all this phytic acid is bad for you nonsense, its meaningless. Just know that nothing in this world is purely negative or bad for you. Even snake venom in minimal amounts is beneficial and fights certain disease. Not comparing sprouted seeds to snake venom, lol, im just saying. Eat plenty sprouted seeds for a long period of time and watch your health and energy levels how it rockets to the sky ;)
Good day and God bless you.
PS: Some wisdom and advice, as well as food for thought. Sometimes its the stuff they warn you about not to take or eat which turns out to be the most healthy for you. Make of it what you will.

Greek? The Greek Old Testament is not a translation, it is a different set of manuscripts all together, and older than almost all Hebrew versions other than the Dead Sea. Older by far than the commonly used Masoretic text. Written by ancient Hebrews who spoke Greek in Alexandria. Though your point is valid. The English is not superior to the original languages. The older the manuscript, the better, and KJV-onlyists are a cult.

Peasants weren’t obese. High blood pressure was rarer. They rarely had heart attacks, diabetes, ischemic strokes, or athelosclerosis. They didn’t have the same hormonal problems we did either.
There is a lot we can learn from our peasant ancestors.
They atr whatever they could. Mostly grains, fruits, dairy, and vegetables, but also fish (if they could access it), and meat on occasion.
They didn’t eat processed food or seed oils, they didn’t have a sedentary lifestyle, and the food they did eat was more natural an organic.
So why not cut the diet cultism (go vegan! go carnivore! etc.) and just eat natural whole foods with an active lifestyle?

I just want to point out that grains were a source of food for their preservarive properties. they don't go rotten as fast and in the past with no freezer, that was pretty valuable. the ability to diggest all of those was truly an advantage when meat wasn't around.

How else am I supposed to get energy for my hard labor job then? I eat 5 eggs 2 pieces of Ezekiel bread and a scoop of protein powder and collagen for breakfast every morning. Should I replace the bread with a half stick of butter? I love fruit but fruit energy would be burned off by the time I arrive at work.

Great marketing! Put a bibical scripture on the bag to bring in the $$$. The sprouted grains do make a difference for me. I've tried them all, about 5 different ones. The regular one crumbles (orange bag) top much. Sesame one better (green bag). In frozen section at some stores. Good for french toast.

    - it is an antioxidant
    - reduces inflammation
    - induces autophagy
    - has potential for treating multiple cancers
    - reduces blood glucose levels
    - it is neuroprotective
    - reduces triglycerides and increases high-density lipoproteins (hdl)
    - repairs dna
    - increases bone mineral density
    - protects human skin from uvb exposure
    - can protect the gut from toxins
    - helps prevent kidney stones
    - binds to heavy metals, mycotoxins, uranium, iron, manganese
    - decreases uric acid/helps gout
    - it is anti-hiv
    - increases the bioavailability of flavones
    The bad:
    - interferes with zinc absorption
    But sure, let's avoid them.

Stoee bought sourdough is trash in my opinion and the thing is, all modern wheat is hybridized in US, even organic. It's not something humans were ever meant to digest. I bake sourdough myself at home with non hybridized organic heritage wheat flour that a small farm produces. I wouldn't eat it in copious amounts, but this is the only type of wheat I can easily digest and tolerate without all the awful inflammation, bloating, fatigue, joint pain, etc. Literally no side effects, other than that it does still have carbs, but much easier on blood sugars on a glucose monitor. The fact that it's non hybridized AND fermented, made traditionally the way our ancestors did, makes it easily digestible.

My understanding is that lectins can be broken down in fermentation and flavor still prevails in the condiments or whole ingredients. Not all anti nutrients will be gone but is it a better option to homemake Sriracha than buy some from the store? In terms of defense chemicals of course.
