What's interesting about them is that they all went very different ways in displaying Kong. Peter Jackson's Kong is probably the most sympathetic to me because it's clear he's just an innocent animal- he's unusually huge, but otherwise his personality and behaviour is that of a regular male gorilla. Monsterverse's Kong (like Godzilla) seems intellectually beyond an animal, but also not traditionally sentient either.

Gotta say the 2005 peter jackson’s king kong is my favorite. The acting and emotions in the movie will never be topped by another king kong movie in the future.
And don't forget that Kong is potrayed by Andy Serkis and then in Kong: Skull Island, Kong got potrayed by Toby Kebell. Both of them starring in Dawn of Planet of The Apes as Caesar and Koba respectfully and they did a good job playing as monkeys.

It's also fun how Toho, just like RKO in the original, let Kong be as big or small as needed for a scene to work. There's a part in _King Kong vs. Godzilla_ where he's holding a woman who, if that Kong's ~150 feet tall, must be about 10 feet tall herself!
Mega Zeta King Kong vs Godzilla (1962) is honestly a fantastic movie in my opinion. I’m a massive Godzilla fan, but I also really like Kong, so the fact that Toho actually intended to make King Kong the winner due to the fact that he was much more famous than Godzilla at the time was a really nice touch.

The 2005 remake is my favorite King Kong mainly because it's authentic gorilla appearance and I have nostalgic memories of watching in theaters when it first came out during December 2005.
Kong: King of the Apes was also the first Netflix series too be interactive, with interactive battle scenes at the end of each episode. In the series, he would face off against mechanical robot dinosaurs made by the protagonists evil brother.

2005 Kong is my favorite version of this incredible ape. He has more character development, is more fearsome, and is as brilliant as his 1933 counterpart. He has a lot of humanity than the other animals on Skull Island.

I like the Monsterverse incarnation of Kong, which first appeared in 2017's Kong: Skull Island, and then 2021's Godzilla vs Kong.

2005 Kong is my favorite version of this incredible ape. He has more character development, is more fearsome, and is as brilliant as his 1933 counterpart. He has a lot of humanity than the other animals on Skull Island.
