This is J-Hope's song to ARMY before he enlisted. The alley way was where J-Cole did a music video called SIMBA. And yes this is New York. This was recorded around the time that they did the song together. After Lollapalooza 2022, where J-Hope and J-Cole met because they were both Headlining acts on different days.

Please, please react to J Hope's song Neuron. Reminds some people of J Cole. Very hip hop and good rapping. Also Arson and More from his Jack in the Box album. J Hope did all the whistling in this. This was released before he went into the SK military. He met J Cole at 2022 Lollapalooza where both performed different nights (J Cole has been his muse and he has danced to his music since he was a teenager - - hence J Hope dancing in the video). You would enjoy reacting to his 2022 Lollapalooza performance in Chicago. There were over 100,000 in attendance. J Hope will be back in three months!!
