    The thing I love the most about Baileys' workouts is just when I'm about to give up, drop down to the floor she says "we're almost there" or starts the countdown. The timing is always perfect and somehow I manage to get to the end through the burn!

    DANG THIS IS MAJOR. I’m doing this for 5 days to see how it goes!!
    Day 1: it’s literally 2 AM and I just did this. Phew it really burns!! I chickened out a bit!
    Day 2: I forgot to do it😕
    Day 3: I did it and It was just as hard as day 1!

    I've done 5 min butt lifting worokut of yours for almost 2 weeks, I see AMAZING results, today I started to this one. I am a lazy person but doing the exercise while lying on the mat makes feel like"Im lying and still working" lol.     It burns but it works 😂 great if you’re just doing the arm workout and want a little extra workout to finish off. I also find it easier to do these short workouts if like me you suffer with chronic pain. It’s the little steps that count to better health. 🙏🏽

    Hi Bailey Brown, thank you for the great free workouts. I was just wondering how many times a week you recommend doing this workout, in order to see results but also allow for recovery? A lot of people seem to be doing it daily but i've read that you should have rest days in between, for resting the muscles properly but also for allowing them to re-build. What do you recommend?     Day 2: Went a lot faster then yesterday😂😂 Seeing a little bit of results it working so far🥵

    Day 1: I wanted to cry but didn’t pause

    I felt that workout in my butt at first but towards the end when we added extra weight with our leg crossing over, I stopped feeling it in my butt and only in my lower back for the rest of the workout. Not in good burn kinda way, either. Am I doing something wrong? Any tips?

      Hi love, I'd recommend watching this video because it will help teach you to modify and make sure you're doing the exercises properly with perfect form so you feel the workouts in the right place and get better results 💕th-cam.com/video/a5zKNpZbGlM/w-d-xo.html 💕 take breaks when needed and listen to your body/ slow down exercises if you need to.

    I don't feel it in my thighs, but sometimes I feel these butt workouts in my lower back. I was wearing a pair of ankle weights. I wonder if that might have anything to do with it....

    I just wanna tell you that your workouts are so so good :) If I´m short on time I just do one 5 minute workout and if I have a time I connect a few 5 minutes workout because they are so effective ❤️ today I´ve done this one and I´m gonna do the 5 minute workout for the little smiley at the butt ( you said that in the workout I hope you know what I mean😅😂) and a workout for inner Thighs.       you should be taking maybe 2 days to relax so that your muscles and recover and grow :)

      I think I remember Chloe saying that if you keep working the same muscles they get "used" to it and you don't get results

      Add wheight or resistance bands your muscles may have got used to it, maybe your calorie intake is too low also

      Are you trying to grow or shape and tone? Growing takes longer and you should add some weights. But this should be enough to shape and tone your butt

    Do you have any more tips on how to keep the glutes engaged only during bridges? I squeeze my butt and can feel my glutes engage slightly but my hamstrings get the most tight/sore from this.

    I like doing these bridge based butt workouts after one of the abs workouts, because I feel like I get a good stretch through the abs and also I feel like I'm working out my lower-to-middle back just as much as my butt, balancing out the abs.

      Hi love, I'd recommend watching this video because it will help teach you to modify and make sure you're doing the exercises properly with perfect form so you feel the workouts in the right place and get better results 💕th-cam.com/video/a5zKNpZbGlM/w-d-xo.html 💕 take breaks when needed and listen to your body/ slow down exercises if you need to.

Pretty sure I'm doing my bridges correctly, just like you describe it, and the level of back activation I'm feeling is normal and inevitable, but the video had some tips on the exercises I do struggle with, like four point kneeling, so it was useful anyway :).

    I love your workouts so much, Bailey! I do them everyday/ before the gym :)
    I think I have to practice a bit more, since I was feeling more of my lower back in this one. 🙇🏽‍♀️I think I might have been doing it a bit off. Lol
