    I wonder if the fact that I have been dealing with vertigo makes my balance quite bad, because I just put my feet together and can feel my body sway side to side a little. The vertigo hasn't quite hit me the last few weeks, but I can *almost* feel it if that makes sense. I have been doing self lymph massage and such when I wake up in the morning to try and move the fluid from my head/ears, neck down to the main duct.

    can you do one for scapula strenght and that its can stay in theirs poket

    I see that you have are selling the balance gym and another one called the Vision gym. How does the information in these products differ from the youtube videos? I mean is it worth the cost to purchase these products?

      Both the Vision Gym and the Balance Gym are complete programs including necessary charts and manuals. Both programs included detailed instruction along with follow-along programs. The youtube videos are merely a small sample of what the programs contain. Is it worth the cost? If you are getting good results from the free stuff, stick with that. If you get some good results from the free videos but the result isn't lasting then you should invest in the products.

    i dont like him he has more likes then me
