I also had the motor in my hand without installing it in the transfer case and had someone help me move the selector knob and it don't move at all. Also tested all the wires from knob to the motor and it does have continuity or signal and it shows on live data on the scanner. Any ideas?

The Ram has I believe the exact same electric motor.
I don't think that was one of Ford's better ideas using that electric shift motor...
