    I absolutely could not give this episode enough kudos if i tried. Tapping broke a 25+ year crippling emotion pain cycle for me. I have since had one of my kids use it with great success as well. I am a HUGE believer and im so grateful for this interview episode!!

    Tapping REALLY helps this Vet...I have been diagnosed with PTSD but I don't feel I have it anymore...I don't take medicine...I use tapping, mediation, yoga, and other FREE holistic sources...Thank you, @NickOrtner!

      I'm WORTH IT! I don't know you but, I feel really happy for you to have gotten past PTSD!!
      PTSD is so complicated.
      Do you share with PTSD sufferers how you overcame the PTSD challenge?
      You might discover an amazing experience through teaching others what you have learned!

    I've tapping for yrs.would not stop tapping..we have to rid ourselves of all the bull we each hold...we have same thing but different situation.. Trauma.

    I tap in the morning and night and finish with Yogi Bahjan ‘s meditation then Tibetan music to ease into sleep. Ahhh...relax, Sat Nam

    Its amazing how your friends and family don't jump on board with what we are doing until we make it big...then they want to be a part of what you are doing. It blows my mind! Seems like new friends and those following what you are doing are so excited about it. I don't understand that. Great interview!

    Lewis, I am genuinely proud of you. While watching this great interview, I noticed your new book next to your first book and thought, 'this mother f_cker got it done.' You talked about it, then you were about it. You are truly badass.
    Nick's calm and confidence with demonstrating tapping with Matt, was dope. He handled it well for being put on the spot. Greatness through and through.

      Yes sir. Tapping works beyond our imagination. It has helped me so much in the last 5 years. I am a totally different person now. I really am thankful to Nick, Jessica, Brad Yates, Gary Craig and others like the faster EFT guy... They are doing an amazing job helping people move on from troublesome incidents.

    I remember meeting with the debate team in high school (many years ago) and one of the team members made fun of the way I pronounced the name Birch bayh. He wouldn't let it go and everyone laughed. I walked out in tears. I was forget affected. My esteem damaged. I'll never forget that defining moment.

      Monica Renee Felt the same when I first did it. Keep feeling the emotions and it will start to feel less like pain and more like relief. Then the relief turns into deep gratitude for the ability to move forward. Then for me I had a thousand ideas of all the things I could do with this new freedom. I hope it helps.

    What is the length of time to spend on a problem you have?

      The goal is to disassociate the emotion attached to whatever you are working on, that will show up as a Zero intensity remaining after tapping. I strongly recommend you his application the tapping solution is being my north right now.

      I still have pain. But i did not stick to tapping so I can not tell . I went to pilates.

    Love, love your passion and your message!! This is something I've been wanting to do to help children. I would love to see your book for children. My husband was in the Army, he was a police officer and we both are parents if three grown children and three very young grandchildren. I'm a healrh and wellness advocate.
    I have so much respect for tapping and it has been part of my life for years. This would have been such a gift if I could have learned this as a troubled youngster.
