prayer as I watch this video:
    - to awaken more deeply, to come home to myself
    - to have my broken heart permanently mended
    - to remember and to truly know, fully, who I AM
    - to feel free and at ease inside my own skin
    - to be and to feel beautiful
    - to be continuously given insights and revelations and clarity
    - to unite and be with my twin-flame/soul-mate/true-love NOW
    - to successfully thrive off my passions and talents
    - for a tribe of real friends
    - to be permanently healed on every level and in every way...

I am a procrastinator, too old and not smart. After doing the tapping exercise and going thru the range of emotions, I have to admit and add..... I am a procrastinator, too old and not smart , with honors!! Its ok, I am fully aware it is not who I am but a bad hard habit to break, some day.
    Jim and Nick, thanks.

I hate practically EVERYTHING ! I might just be the most negative person in existence ( and that's no boast - it's a horrible way to be). I guess I've a shitload of tapping to do. So far I've found it a good distraction whilst doing it. And it kind of neutralises the negativity ..
Gonna try and do this everyday, thankyou 🙏

It’s perfect because it makes you tune into your body and get out of your analytical mind to feel the feeling and just sit with it and not judge it. It makes so much sense! You acknowledge your emotions because they are messengers to show you what kind of thoughts you have been entertaining so you can take inventory and change your thoughts into the things you prefer to have happen. 💕🙏🏽

I did not feel that, so should I force myself to say something that I don't feel yet, like in a "fake it till you make it" way?
