As lovely and as intelligent as Sadia is, it takes true understanding of different perspectives to know that there’s many ways to come at this. For example, for the average Joe she is right, taking responsibility for your choices leads to a better life. For those that are on such a low vibration, really struggling in life, vulnerable and confused.. making healthy choices is so much harder. It takes compassion from others and for yourself to get to that place first. 🫶🏻💜

No the problem is 15% of the men are good-looking and they usually get 80% of the women and as a result they cannot all settle with the 80% you can only choose a certain person to settle with and that leaves a lot of women that are heartbroken and because their heartbroken they think that the remaining 85% of guys are players but 85% of guys don't even get a chance to be a player they wish a woman can throw themselves at their lap. It's sad to say but when I was in college only a certain amount of guys used to sleep with most of the girls on campus. That was the athletes that were popular and the attractive guys that were in fraternities.

THIS EPISODE WAS SOOOOOOO GOOOOOOD. The part I loved the most was when Sadia was asked why do people self sabotage when there are green flags. She said " Their barrier to intimacy has become their self esteem based on a core belief they have believed that love should be difficult and a struggle and not smooth. And because they don't have love and compassion for themselves, they start to question and think their is something wrong with the other person. Instead of realizing the love is infused with peace, which they just aren't use to. Hearing this truly healed apart of my heart that has been broken for a few years because I was in a relationship with a guy like this and couldn't understand why he just wouldn't accept my love and why he kept questioning everything, So THANK YOU! writing with tears in my eyes :)

Yes this!! I have often thought this is the real reason why some men don't appreciate women who don't play hard to get or are 'easy' as they put it or why men seem to be more toxic towards women who actually love them & better partners to toxic women, it's not because they are hunters & love the chase, it's because they don't think they are worthy of love unless they suffer for it, such a sad way to exist.

Certainly we can see from their perspectives that Matthew deals with general public who are not just clear about their relationships whereas Sadia speaks from the perspective of minority mostly patients who are deeply wounded and need professional help, which doesn’t relate to most of us! Therefore, she shouldn’t generalise and should provide clear disclaimer on her words/videos!

    • @1121lcruz

Sadia’s perspective comes from rich men working on themselves individually towards a relationship. As a woman who's been single for 8 years and who's been through a lot and worked on my growth and healing through years of therapy, I would highly disagree with the "98%" of men are emotionally available. Out of all the men I've dated in the last 8 years the majority are very emotionally UNavailable. And I think alot of things are to blame, starting with being integrated in a culture of toxic masculinity, childhood trauma and being jaded after getting hurt and not having the tools to process and regulate their own heartbreak. I've maybe dated a very, very small handful of emotionally available men. Unfortunately, we were incompatible. It's rough out here.

    • @ShyMplsMale

It wasn't incompatibility, women are just subconsciously turned off by emotionally available men because it's feminine energy and women crave masculinity which is indifference and not caring. It takes a healthy balance of both to get to a woman's heart but most men are usually on one side of the spectrum or the other.

Sadia for me hits the nail on the head each time. I'm 'old school' maybe that's why. That is a nice sentiment and would be a great aspiration. Unfortunately if you look at dating app data, women swipe left on men the most and only after a few seconds spent on the profile so looks are very important to them. Men swipe right the most so they seem to be more tolerant of looks or appearance. It's fascinating to look at. I think both genders want someone attractive but there are definitely differing degrees of what constitutes "attractive" between men and women. I agree with your intent, looks only take you so far.

I'm not trying to criticize Sadie, however in many of her Podcast Ive watched or listened to, I am very intuitive & she isn’t very good at hiding her “personal” emotions. It has felt as if she more hands out her advice from what she's personally going through at that time or experienced herself through her relationships. Rather than being non bias & really digging her heels in & taking more time to find out from other females by talking with them & trying to better understand whats going on from many different economic backgrounds of females & truly what they're feeling, wanting, experiencing out there. Its very obvious to me that she works with predominately all men, from most of the information she offers. I do enjoy listening to a lot of her content. Biology doesn’t change simply because you want it to. Men fall for beauty the same way women fall for status. In both of their eyes and brains, it’s love and has the same characteristics. So we can’t trivialize one and call the other love. Even sugar babies have options and so generally choose men that can make them laugh and who make them feel safe. I think the 20 something year old with the 70 year old she can barely relate to is super glamorized when it’s the rarity and not the norm. I was with a man 20 years older than me and I truly loved him because he made me feel safe. The world is not black and white and I think people who exhibit such thinking deprive themselves of all the rich information that is present in the gray.
I say all this to say, these rich men choosing young beautiful women, according to biology, are making the most optimal choice. The women will be fertile longer as the man ages, so it’s simple math.

He hits the nail on the head every single time and speaks so much truth when it comes to woman and men in dating. So insightful. I love his work. He is so relatable. Saadia also made some really great honest points as well and I found it interesting that her perspective was predominantly from men as her clientele is mostly male. I find when Matthew speaks he does it in a way that you are listening so intently. The ability to discern and spot red flags is a useful tool and most importantly, helps one learn more about oneself than about the other person. In fact, we can only really know ourself. At the end of the day, someone else's actions has no reflection *whatsoever* on you. There are ways to delay hurt, but some lessons must be learned. In life, you will fall down. It's how you respond to that fall that counts. It's normal to be afraid, it's detrimental to stay there.❤
