These younger people got to stop being so damn lazy and learn to be able to go back and watch older shows. When i was younger i had to learn how to do just that. That is the only way a person will be able to grow.

I watched the og 90s X Men for the first time. And wow, it's just PEAK. The storylines, the character development, the characters. Also the show still has a more faithful adaption of the Phonix and Dark Phonix Saga than the movies to this day😂😂
Just goes to show man animation and comic books are an unbeatable duo and can bring out the best of these characters and stories🔥
@@NinthShinigami I think so too animation is my favorite way to translate comic stuff period. It does it better than movies I think. But, movies are very great too, I just really think it fits great

I never understood why Fox didn’t do a Phoenix movie before dark Phoenix. Both stories are great but they rushed it both times.
I'm 21 years old and started watching X-men animated series a few years ago, and I got to say... in my opinion, not only this show has aged perfectly, but it is better than almost all of X-men movies! I can't wait for X-men 97!

Original X-Men animated movies is something that I've been wanting to see for a while. They could animate various X-Men arcs in movie length or something.
My guess is Marvel Animation is going to be the label for animated projects that "aren't" canon to the mainline MCU universe. They already said that Freshman Year is an Elseworld story that changes previous events in the MCU.
That Daily Bugle newspaper had a reference to Spider-Man, I honestly thought this show revival would retcon this show into the MCU 😂
Alotta Marvel Superheroes made cameos in Xmen TAS back in the day.😊

As a big anime fan hearing ray chase as cyclops I already know he’s gonna crush the role such an amazing voice actor
What roles has he done? I don’t watch dub often but I might’ve caught one or two of his voices…

@@jdhlegendz6700 haven’t seen any of those in dub, but interesting. Sukuna and Bucciarati especially 👍 I actually went and saw he’s the dub voice of David Shield in My Hero. That I do know him for lol I love to rewatch the Two Heroes movie and usually in dub 👍
I never saw Evangelion in dub but he’s Gendoh in that series and he’s a pretty prominent character. The Sukuna pick makes a lot of sense now too 😂

Really glad it feels like they are continuing and not just rebooting it like I thought they would.
Like I thought they would try to get people to watch the series for nostalgia and it be something completely different but it’s actually a proper follow up based on this trailer.
I was 7 years old when this came out it’s what got me into marvel as a whole. Between this and the Spider-Man animated series this is how my love for all things marvel started. I couldn’t be happier this is returning

It shouldn’t matter for the newer generation, it’s nice to know they made something for your childhood and others who grew up with it, I never did but this trailer for sure made me wanna watch the show. I think it’s cool for marvel to write it for those like you

Hearing Cyclops say “to me, MY X-Men” genuinely made me shed a tear. I truly hope that this new show opens the eyes of new audience members to how truly great of a character Cyclops is. The FOX films have their good moments, but for me personally the biggest issue I have with them is the treatment of Cyclops. Cyclops is one of the First Class, the LEADER of the X Men, but yet in all the live action films he’s treated like a sidekick and just a punching bag for Wolverine. Cyclops is NOT a pushover by any stretch. I’ve always viewed Cyclops as the Captain America of the X Men, but with a bit more of an edge. So I really hope that through this show new fans start to see the kind of character Cyclops really is

leonardobraynen1524 Ohh yeah, I know it’s Prof X’s catchphrase! And that’s why I’m happy Cyclops is saying it. Cuz it’s a clear indicator that Cyclops is continuing to be the leader, and stepping up even more so in Charles absence

as i was born around mid 2000s, i sure wasn't watching when the show dropped but i watched it from D+ like a year ago and this made me excited again as I'm waiting for more X-Men stuff in the MCU, and I think it got good amount of the feel from the 90s show
I am almost a senior in high school but I have been so stoked for this release. This was my dad’s favorite cartoon growing up, so like him I was also raised on it. I’ve been waiting since day one of Disney+ for this continuation and I can’t wait to watch it with my dad when it finally releases!
I was born in 94 so I'm not a full 90s kid like you are Sean but I still remember watching this show a lot growing up and I'm so hyped for this show to return 🤘🔥

The Animated Series was actually the first thing I watched when Disney+ launched. I was 19 at that time and I absolutely loved it! Cannot wait for this!

Sean, this trailer plays great as a fan who was born after the time in 2006. I appreciate how it’s a call back and a continuation. I will 100% watch the original now and my anticipation level is through the roof now before Daredevil Born Again and Deadpool 3. It translates to me!

I am more of a 90s Spider-Man Cartoon guy and if this revival series is very successful. Then, it would be possible that we get a 94 Spider-Man Series 😬🤞🏻

I was born in 97 so I grew up with this watching reruns of this and Spider-Man, iron man, hulk and sliver surfer and fantastic four. I love this show it got me into marvel,my only complaint is no colosses or nightcrawler, I'm stoked for this.❤
This looks amazing!!!! I watched the original X-Men animated series with my siblings, but I only remember bits and pieces since I was four. I started rewatching the series in 2020, and it was so satisfying to rewatch it with more mature eyes! This trailer was amazing!!!!! So much nostalgia and respect for the classic series! i was born in 98 right after it went off the air and my parents got married in 97 and im 25 now and also im a big fan of Ron Wassermann who did the theme that u hear in the original and this one and did power rangers and my 3 favorites are wolverine and cyclop and storm

I saw the trailer a couple of minutes before I started searching for reaction videos. The 1st couple of reactors looked a bit younger then I saw Sean Chandler Talks About. I thought, that guy looks my age so I clicked into it. Now I'm subscribed.
I feel like this is a perfect opportunity to watch the older version to understand this and it’s going to get some major traction now
I watched the entire series last year and had a ton if fun. And this trailer looked amazing and I'm looking forward to it
that newspaper front pages that says: "Is Spider-man Mutant?", they are dropping easter eggs...
also if they don't do the opening scene, and saying "Previously on X-men", they failed... hehe
That 90s spidey tease got me so hyped, imagine if we get both back
I liked the trailer, the designs are pretty good, the tone is perfect, it's just the fluidity of the animation that looks a little strange. Something curious is the logo, apparently Marvel wants to start dividing its different production lines, before it was only marvel spotlight, and now we have marvel animation.
I know what you mean about the animation it just bugs me like it doesn't look right
Yeah the fluidity is odd. I imagine they'redoing it to match the old series, but it seems odd to intentionally have cheap looking animation. People don't want character designs to radically change. I don't think we mind a solid frame rate for animation
Here are my inputs.
1) Of course I was too young when the original X-Men show came out, I wasn't even born yet!
2) As a Marvel Studios fan, I am quite intrigued that they're wanting to continue on with the series, and so far, it looks like an updated 90's cartoon!
3) Even though I have never seen the show, I am thinking about watching it for a while before I hop on to X-Men '97.

They are, some of them are voicing different characters though. For example, Jean’s old VA is voicing someone else now.

I watched the show when it dropped on Netflix back in the day and it was amazing it blew my 14 or 15 year old mind and the other 90’s Marvel content, Spider-Man the animated series is still my favourite I hope they bring that back, I’m looking forward to this revival and hoping it is as good as the original run

I really enjoyed the the trailer and it will be great to see these characters again!
As a teenager who has never seen any of the original series (yet is named after wolverine), this trailer looks amazing.
This was definitely my era! I was 12 when the first season dropped, so I can't wait to get that nostalgic feeling again. Questions are: Are they going to feature new mcu version characters or characters from that era? And will they revisit the old storylines? Time will tell. Let's go!

As some who's Intro to marvel was the mcu I am obviously to young to see the og show when it aired but when this show was announced I watched the 90s animated marvel shows and loved a lot of them and am exited for this show

Spider-Man 1994 needs to comeback now, it was left off in a huge cliffhanger with Madame web & MJ. Hopefully if this show is successful they can bring that spiderman back 🕷️

I saw it when it aired here in The Netherlands. I was 8 when it started and watched the whole series. Haven't watched it since but I'm planning on it now before this drops.
I am one of the younger Marvel fans. However, at the start of last year I spent about 2 weeks watching the whole series. Not only do I think this looks great, but I think if anyone wanted to watch the original series beforehand, they would be able to if they put in the effort. But hopefully they do some sort of giant recap at the start for everyone.

I am 21 & recently watch the 1994 spiderman the animated series in 2023, I loved the crossover that included the x-men, I personally have wolverine and the x men as my favorite x men show die to the animation style & voice cast from Ben 10. But I am still super excited for this show

That honestly looks totally awesome! Unfortunately, I did not see the original series when it debuted because I had the teensy problem of not being born. But I like the original show a lot and I'm actually in the middle of watching it all the way through. Looks really good, hope Disney doesn't screw it up!
