Hi Paolo....thanks for watching! This was just one part of our trip to Bologna. We have a big episode on Bologna coming out...this was a special episode on FICO Eataly World.
Another great masterpiece of a presentation, Mr. Felice. Thank you for showing us, your audience, the art and the beauty of travel and food. You bring so much joy!
I first visited Bologna for work in 2003 and loved it, and finally got back for the second time for pleasure just last year. The greatest food on this planet, hands down. As we are planning future Europe trips, we keep trying to figure out how at least to have dinner in Bologna at some point. Great video.
Mark, bravissimo 👍👏! Thank you for this enticing introduction to FICO Eataly World. I have known about Eataly for quite some time now, but have never been there. Your video has just convinced me that it will be worth an entire visit to Bologna just to eat.
Ha! Hey there! So funny and so true! It really is an incredible experience...Bologna really really impressed me and FICO Eataly World is just the icing on the cake! Loved it! I'll be in touch after the holidays here to pick up our conversation...and I'll have more info too by then that will be helpful to discuss! Cheers!
@@EuroTrotter Mark, this video has incentivized me to visit Italy yet again (will be my fifth time); you know that I am an Italophile (and also a Francophile). Did you say Milan next? I can no longer keep track of your culinary "blitz" expeditions 😋. Please do keep in touch. Happy Thanksgiving, and take care!
This seems to be a very charming place, I hope I can visit sometime in the future when all this is over. Seeing and sharing places like this is why I love traveling and make videos so much! And please keep up the great job! Subscribed!!
You have to go to Alba town, Langhe, Piemonte. It's the area of the White Truffle, the truffle king, and of the best wine (red) in Italy. October is the right month to go. It's also the town of Ferrero Company that made Nutella, I know you know. Go there and you'll thanks me, bye!
Hey you guys! Wow I didn't see this coming- what a treat! It's ridiculous how I am making an itinerary from your videos for my next European trip :) What does "FICO" mean/stand for? This is a must go to, I could spend a minimum of 2 days at "Eataly World" and longer for Bologna. That train ride, incredible right? We loved the European trains, Germany's trains are ON time, true in Italy? Ryan the visuals are divine! I have to start my Italian language lessons asap, it will be my 4th language. Thanks so much Mark Felice!
Hi Yvonne! Yes, you will love FICO Eataly World, what an incredible place. We have a big episode on the rest of Bologna coming out in the near future, this was just one part of our time there. The trains are more or less on time, but they typically show up at the time they are supposed to depart and then you need to run on because they leave pretty quick then, and you need to be waiting at the right car section according to your ticket...we were not paying attention when we left Bologna for Venice and got on the wrong train lol to Verona...that was an experience...and costly one! So excited for your return trip to Europe!!!
@@EuroTrotter sounds like you had an adventure with the trains- that would be me unless I had my dh with me. Somehow he always managed trains with no effort, perhaps I was easily distracted when on my own... I've had my problems but I can laugh NOW... Looking forward to your Bologna video!
Man, Yesterday Yesterday i wa swatching your video on Roma, my city and on Palermo. I've just recently been to Bologna and Ithought when would you do a video on Bologna. I ate so good in Bologna and apparently you had the same experience
@@EuroTrotter hahahah okok, Most of it you get it right, don't get me wrong! But yeah you'r channel is more concentrated on food rather than history. Anyways , can't wait to see the next episode. Ihope for you, that you ate at theosteria de'poet. the oldest tavern in Bologna. But my favourite is Osteria dell'Orsa very simple, authentic, university friendly. Osteria dell'Orsa was the cheapest and also the best
One of my favorite cities in Italy and as they say, "For history go to Rome, to eat go to Bologna!" Very nicely done! Maybe my favorite video that you've done. Moved well and editing is great. Keep it up and you'll be on Travel Channel soon! :)

crying with joy and sadness -- for me, the ultimate recognition of being moved -- laughing and crying simultaneously
