haha. I remember the reverse to turn ones. lol. Probably would spin out less than this one does. We were lucky and had a Lobo II when we were about 12 and it was pretty cool

I still buy the little monster truck RCs. I’ll run them for a day and then use the bodies for other things.
@@CCxRC I have tried Several other types of R/C vehicles and have found that I get the most enjoyment from solid axle Monster Trucks. I had a T- Company Bigfoot but it just didn't act right. I also built an scx24 with a fcx24 body into a Monster Truck but it was just too small for my taste I am totally hooked on 1/10 scale for now but still hoping for a little Monster (with out portal axles) that acts ok, if you know what I mean. LOL. I have a heavaly modified Smt10 and a slightly modified Lmt Son uva Digger and am building a Hl150 Bigfoot.
The enjoyment I got out of watching the slow mo part was worth the $12 lol
Slow motion can make anything look good. Also shows how marketing videos can mislead

For $12 my almost 4 year old daughter would love that buggy, her birthday is coming. She is still learning driving RC lol
It would work if you have a big driveway. Most kids would probably just do lots of circles and spin out a lot because of the steering.
My Great Nephew has trouble with my 1/10 Deadbolt but the 24th one, radio is smaller and he's pretty good with that.

I’ve slowly been editing that. Syncing the audio has been a pain. Also editing the USTE huge video which is my primary focus each day. This was just a quick and easy video to make in 2 hours.

I wanted an rc car to tease my dogs with... took buying an arrma vorteks 3s that they couldn't keep up with. Lol
yeah, actually it is quite a surprise how capable it is for a 12$ toy. you could have fun with the toys as a grown up too. well not this but I have a 1:15 grave digger spin master toy I enjoy a lot though its not as capable as my arrma or other rc cars.
Think I may buy one🤔 modify it, make it do 100mph+! 😂

Years back our local RC track was asked to come into the local event center and run our cars during intermission at the monster truck show, Saturday night we all pitched in $20 or $30 and went to Walmart and picked up 4 crap RC cars and ran them when they had the monster truck out that could give like 8 people a ride and ran them around the tires of that truck 🤣 dude driving the monster truck was on a mission to kill em all and he eventually did and the crowded absolutely loved it 🤣🤣🤣

slow motion makes most things look better than they are. I wouldn't really recommend it unless you just want them to spin out all the time. It's good at that. Definitely wouldn't be anything to teach them how to drive one

That RC buggy is the sweetest RC ever, impressive power, those shocks, amazing, the way it took that giant drop off was bad to the bone. I went ahead and order 100 of them, once people see me driving that bad ass machine, they ask me were did it get that and I'll tell them I am selling them for 15 buck's I am going to make so much money, I'll be able to get more

The ABS body is definitely the highlight of this thing.
It's pretty good for 12 bucks, you have to remember an scx24 battery cost 17, Mod the hell out of it make it do 60
Now upgrade it to full proportional😂 maybe even swap a different motor in

Did look pretty good though. That flip and tumble by the stump looked cool. Loved the comical circus type music you had going.
It was awful. Took so many tries to even get it to go straight enough to do any of the jumps

It is pretty great. My wife's Parents live with us, so they are upstairs and we have the lower level. Definitely helps with expenses that way.

We destroyed it because middle school aged boys like to break things, light things on fire, fart, etc. It was fun. We had fun making the video and they had fun crunching it. Meant nothing by it. Just entertainment.
To answer the “could have given it to me…” thing I’ve heard a lot…it would be cheaper for me to buy one direct shipped to someone from Amazon then try to ship the used one. Just to put that to idea rest. 😀
That things is faster than any RC from Walmart or target. Those new brights are like 60 and they can’t do this.
True. They have zero power....but they don't spin out all the time either. This had worthless power. Even someone who can drive an RC can't control it.

There was very little abuse. Everything was so slow.
It deserved better than than being destroyed, giving it to a kid who can’t afford a $12 car would have made a better ending.
Agree to disagree. This car was so hard to control with years of RC driving experience. Give it to a kid and they'll just spin out non-stop and get discouraged thinking they can't drive. There is no way I was going to give this to someone and ruin their experience of what an RC is.

@@Finishlinemotorsports Didn’t see a point proven. But you’ve only made 7 comments and Until the recent ones today they were those on old videos like the Kevin Talbot one and the JConcepts Regulator. I try to keep up with comments on new videos unless there is a direct question on older ones. Keeping up with the new comments, messages, etc is hard enough in a daily basis. I try my best man. Sorry if some old ones were missed. This video concept came after watching my favorite fishing channel video that was similar but with fishing motors. I have much bigger projects I’m working on, but thought I’d try something different.

The rear suspension is still not great and the tires were very slippery. Having a better steering servo would definitely help it.

This car deserved it. It has 3.5 of 5 stars only because they were all given the car for a review on Amazon. I can drive an rc and struggled to not spin out. A little kid would just spin out the whole time. Wouldn’t teach them how to drive at all. Just make them feel like they can drive and give up on trying.
Once you put it into slow-mo action with the music, it looked like it was worth $15 at least!

Those make great bodies for the LaTraxx line from Traxxas. They aren't a straight bolt on, but it takes very little to make them fit, and then you have something much nicer for $12.
That would be a good use for it.
@CCxRC if you have a little patience and skill, you can paint the interiors since they are black plastic.
