Thanks for the knot video. That’s a different version of the Palomar knot than what I’ve seen before. All the other instructional videos I’ve seen the jig was put through the loop and then tightened up. Are there advantages to this version over the other version?

This version helps with keeping the angle of the jig exactly where you want it as there is a little extra tension on the eye of the lure. If you just go through the loop it is more apt to move over time.
